OTHER FACIAL FEATURES: Full beard and long hair on prolonged active reconnaissance duties.

AGE: 30
SEXUALITY: Married to Mareike Weber (30, active duty at the BND - equivalent of the CIA), 3 children between 6 and 9 years.
RELIGION: Christian, evangelical
PRE-SERVICE HISTORY: Born at 09:35 MET, 11. September 1989 in Balingen, south-west Germany. Father a policeman, mother working as a forest warden he made early contacts with the woods of his mothers family and the rifles of his father. After a successful high school exam, he started a short study in general physics at the University of Stuttgart quitting in favor of a military career, after two semesters, because of the rising thread of ISIS.

SERVICE RECORD: After the first two months of his basic training at the "23. Leichte Infanterie", he was elected to partake a selection process of the 47. Gebirgsjäger because of his high intelligence, accuracy with long rifles and knowledge of woods and mountainsides. He got chosen and concluded the remainder of his two year time in the barracks near Obersalzberg, mostly with theory and body training as the budget of the military was vastly cut low back then.
After that he passed out of military service, for a three year assignment on the KSK (Special Police Devision, somewhat like SWAT) were he met his future wife on a joint operation with the BND. After the islamic attacks on Paris he reentered military service upon a call from his former Squad leader Major Boris Müller. A month later their squad was sent to Syria, in a secret joint operation together with two groups of the French foreign legion troopers, to root out an ISIS recruitment circle operating at the Syria-Iraq border zone. After two weeks of successful operation his squad followed the track of a group of ISIS fighters into the countryside and as they finally managed to locate their position in a small camp near the boarders of Iraq, they were ambushed by a suicide bomber - a previous informant of them - and all but Dieter got killed by the blast or caught. Dieter got caught badly by the blast, his left leg burned and peppered with shrapnel's and the blast throwing him into unconsciousness.
***It is currently unknown how Dieter left the place of the ambush.***
*To his own account:* He woke up in the wild, empty mountainside at the syria-Iraq-border and managed to survive for four weeks in these badlands, including a five hour sniper duel with an ISIS sniper and an attempt to scout the ISIS camp were his squad was hold as prisoners - but he was unable to get close without getting caught himself.
*Official Report Continued:* His ordeal ended after he managed to lay his hands on a full fuel cell. Calculating when the next satellite passage would be, he created a burning S.O.S. with the fuel in a dark and cold desert night. The heat signature was detected by an U.S. Satellite officer which resulted in his rescue. Thanks to his information's the foreign legionnaires were able to rescue most of his caught squad members and root out the ISIS camp.
After his rescue Weber went through a prolonged medical treatment and rehabilitation program for three years but his left leg could not be recovered to 100%, resulting in a slight limp. Nether the less he continued his military service, as an advisor for sniping, recon and survival tactics - the later got worldwide reputation and respect. As the war in Iraq intensified he got asked to become a peacekeeper by the German government because of his fighting experience (a rare quality inside the ranks of German military) and knowledge of the dangers of that country.
*** Analysts note: *** It is suspected that the German government tries to re-establish itself as a reliable military partner for its allies after decades of low budget politics and overexploiting its military material and personal which resulted in grave inabilities and losses.

PERSONAL RECORDS:
His commanding officers always speak of him as a highly intelligent, calm and loyal person with a good sense of humor and good manners. He got best grades in all shooting disciplines - especially with scoped long rifles - and recon and stealth tactics. The ambush and his injury made him even more alert and cautious. It is notable that he learned the basics of Syriac and Arabic in the few months of active duty in the region.
He regained an astounding physical fitness although his injuries prevent him from being the marathon athlete he was before the ambush. Despite his injury he is still a good climber and good with traps and locks and his cautiousness and alertness makes him an excellent spotter and scout.

CONCLUSION:
Despite his injuries Dieter Weber will make an excellent addition to the UN peacekeepers, his knowledge of the wilderness of the mountainside together with excellent sniping and stealth/recon abilities will be most valuable, although Commanders are advises to notice his comparable slow running speed and adjust for that.
