About Faero
Faero has always been a free spirit. Born and raised for the most part around Chileax, he chaffed under the oppresive rule within the cities, but was almost always powerless to stop it. His family occasionally helped to smuggle former slaves to freer pastures, but it was never enough for Fearo.
One day, the town guard caught Faero breaking the shackles on a revolutionary set to be executed the next day. They chased him through the street until a turn down the wrong ally left him at a dead end, facing a wall 10 ft high. In one last desperate hope, Faero tried to jump the wall. Much to his surprise, the wind seemed to catch him at the peak of his jump, sending him high over the wall and cushioning his landing on the other side.
That day was a turning point in Faero's life. The man he saved from the dogs was a pathfinder for the Liberty's Edge faction, and invited Faero to join up and fight against the oppressors of the world. He also had a new companion. The winds from that day never left him, constantly swirling around, playing with his hair and clothes.
