Hi,
I have $80 worth of gift certificates and decided to order a box of pawns from yourselves. I was hoping to use the certificates towards the total price, however when placing the order I was unable to use all the $80 towards my order and was restricted to just $40. Now, I am happy to pay the extra $4.99 (the extra of what a box of pawns costs minus the $40) myself but what has stopped me from finishing my order is the $53 postage, that's more than what the box is worth!! That cost makes it non viable to order directly from Paizo and make me use Amazon or other local stockists. Surely it would be easier to have a hub in Europe where the postage costs could be reduced? My questions to you are:
1) Why are you restricted to only using $40 of store credit per order.
2) Is the $53 postage a set price for postage?
3) Can I use the other $40 of my store credit to cover as much of the postage as possible?
If I stuck either paying the extremely high postage cost or restricted to $40 per transaction with store credit then it makes ordering from Paizo and the gift certificates void.
