Description:
Eros Croy is a handsome 19 year old Varisian man with sun kissed olive skin, sandy blond hair, and bright blue eyes. He is in tremendous physical shape with the body built for swimming. He is long and lean standing 6'3" and weighing 185 lbs. He wears the clothing of a freelance ship hand with loose tan breaches and a flowing dirty cream colored shirt. On his feet are well oiled black leather boots that match the suit of armor in the pack on his shoulder. Tucked in a holster that is strapped cross length across his chest is a long barreled pistol. A cutlass hangs in a worn scabbard at his belt.
Background:
Eros is a bit of a scoundrel and a part time Sczarni associate. He usually works as a smuggler getting elicit or stolen goods in and out of ports on respectable business ships. His latest "business" ventures have gone poorly (with his hidden cargo of narcotics being found and then promptly tossed into the bay). To make matters worse after a night of heavy drinking and gambling he made a wager in the amount of 100 golden crowns that he didn't have on a single dice toss and lost.
He was able to slip it of Riddleport welching on the bet without taking the beating. He assumes that his luck will eventually run out and it will be far better for him if he pays sooner rather than later.
He has come to Sandpoint hoping to change is fortunes by reeling in Murdermaw using his gunpowder to finish off the enormous boat sinking fish. Eros is by no means a professional fisherman . In fact, he is more of a glorified dock worker and ship hand but he figures he has the upper hand on other trophy fisherman because he thinks he's seen the beast snapper on a previous voyage from Magnimar. He's been in Sandpoint for a few weeks now and may have to take "honest" work soon as his coin pouch is getting dangerously low.
