I appreciate the follow up!

This time I believe I've been able to trace the error back to its root and resolve it for your current cart as well as future orders going forward.
It looked like an Asmodean legal loop had made its way into the local Abadaran practice, twisting it away from their original intent and corrupting the process.

If this doesn't fix it going forward though reach out and I'll follow up accordingly!

Greetings Organized Play!
With yesterday evenings release users should now see Replay points available for use in Organized Play. On a personal note, thank you for your patience everyone. I've written up a small explanation of the new features:

Where to see your replay points:
GM/Event Coordinator Tab of the Organized Play page, they should manifest after clicking "Refresh Points".

"You have X Replays":
You should now see the addition of Starfinder, Pathfinder 1E, and Pathfinder 2E replay points available on your Pathfinder Society GM/Event Coordinator tab. Please note that replay point types don't display unless you've earned at least one replay point of that type.

Updated Reporting:
Org Play games for PFS1E/Core, PFS2E, and SFS should now come in 3 reportable conditions, One-Time Playthrough, Replayable, or Consumes Replay. ACG scenario reporting doesn't use replays.

One-Time Playthrough:
This scenario grants credit to the players first character to complete it. No special text displays when this type of scenario is being reported.

Replayable:
This scenario grants credit for each characters first playthrough. When selecting sessions of this scenario types the UI will display "This scenario is replayable and will grant credit each time it is reported to a new character."

Consumes Replays:
A player receives credit on the first character they play through this scenario. Additional characters can earn credit playing through this scenario by consuming 1 available replay point.
When reporting scenarios of this type a checkbox to consume replays should be available in the reporting UI, only check the box if the player is using a replay point.
The same character can never receive credit for the same scenario twice. When selecting sessions of this scenario types the UI will display "Players replaying this scenario may consume a replay point to gain credit on each character's first playthrough."

A reported consumes-replay scenario should grant credit, however it will deny credit and quote the player has already received credit for the scenario under the following conditions:
The character has already played through the scenario before.
The player is out of replay points and cannot consume one to receive credit, in which case it should reference the original playthrough.

Granted Replay Points:
Yesterday we granted replay points to Organized Play users. Users with reported sessions for any Org Play type (PFS1E, SFS, PFS2E) should automatically receive 2 replay points for that respective Organized Play type. In addition to this, users should have received an additional 2 replay points per 50 reported player seats for each Org Play type. In addition to this future newly registered PFS ID's should come preloaded with 2 replays of all Org Play types.

Purchasing additional replay points with Achievement Points:
I believe Alex should be making replay points available for purchase in the near future through the use of achievement points. At that time you'll need to select a character in order to purchase replay points, but they can be used by any character. This was a limitation of how boons currently require an associated character in the code, and we plan to, when time permits, implement character neutral boons which Replay Points will fall under.

GM / Reporter Specific Notes:
All "Consumes Replay" scenario seats default to not consume a replay and must be checked to use one. There currently isn't a safeguard against reporting a replay point to be consumed on a players first playthrough of a consumes-replay scenario. If this happens you can delete a misreported seat and save and the system will properly refund the player back the Replay Point that was consumed for them to use when actually needed.

A friend I frequently went hiking with mentioned he had been gifted a book for a new RPG beta that had been released at GenCon. He let me borrow the book and I reveled that they had taken my favorite RPG and made it even better. l fell in love with Pathfinder.

It wasn't until a few months later I discovered that the company making it, Paizo Publishing L.L.C., was also responsible for some of my favorite childhood memories, namely reading Dungeon and Dragon magazines with a friend while on coastal road trips, and imagining how hilarious* it would be to die to things like a calzone golem, straight out of the oven. As soon as that clicked it was like having your favorite superhero remove their mask revealing that you've known them all along. I've been a fan ever since.

Another good option is to click the Focus button up at the top right side of the messageboards. This will cause the page to only display threads they've visited before, and will likely make Welcome To The Guard much easier to see.

Hey all,
We just implemented a small code roll. Website performance has been improved in the following manner:

Organized Play Improvements:
We've improved the speed sessions load and sort at when using the revision options to the left of the PFS Sessions page.

On the Organized Play Summary tab the "Show Sessions" drop down for individual character sessions will sort by date first, and Player/GM second.

Removed Depreciated Code
Removed some old UI code that would periodically attempt to say hi, and then just kind of loiter in an awkward manner making the experience uncomfortable for everyone.

Resend Verification Email Option
Users will now find a link available to resend an account verification email in the case that the first one doesn't arrive. This can be found on the login screen.

Hey again!

We currently have a fairly packed launch for our next release, but afterwards I think we'll have some time to fit some QoL improvements into the next build. I'll see how difficult it would be to get it into that release. I can't make any promises, but I can at least make some noise regarding it. :)

We just rolled some new code to resolve the issue with the Product Review tabs being locked on page one. You should now be able to navigate to any page of a products review section again.

Due to this update pages will currently default to the product review tab, we should be doing another small follow up code release to implement the previous behavior, which is ensuring the product page defaults to the product discussion tab.

Thanks for your patience folks!

I'm wondering if the code fix is responsible for putting my Lists out of order. Right now they look like they might be in order of most recently added to/changed, instead of their original order.

The hotfix attempt didn't have any code changes involved so I doubt it's the culprit in this particular case, I'll take a look at that and get it documented as soon as possible.

Hey Pogie,

The website has 15 years worth of custom code tying everything together into a giant ball of intertwined cause and effect relations. We're very careful about the changes we make and test them thoroughly, but the slightest change can easily result in something completely unrelated to the area of revision breaking in an unexpected way. I test for these sorts of thing specifically with every revision, but even then it's absolutely possible something can still get past, as new revisions affect things in new and undesirably exciting ways.

Hey Steve!

We don't have a mass deletion tool for private messages at this time, so deleting them one at a time is the best option available. I'll add a feature request to be able to select multiple posts for deletion at the same time for future site improvement. Thanks for checking with us!

Hey everyone, we tried to get this resolved with a small release we did yesterday aimed at QoL and bug fixes. The thread cropping issue is still around, but I think we identified where things were going wrong. We're going to hold off on doing another attempt to resolve it likely until after PaizoCon, but it is on our radar.

These both look to be related to a bug where content isn't loading when it normally should for some pages. Refreshing the page causes the missing components to appear sometimes, but you might need to refresh it a few times if you're unlucky.

It's definitely on our radar.

We'll definitely be taking in user feedback on providing a better experience, so hang on if things are a bit choppy. I suspect for the next day or two we'll be in heavy review mode to catch anything missing. (We already know of a few spots).

When I'm GMing I try to choreograph scenes that will naturally set up things for my players to call on in this regard to bring more life to the scene. Something as simple as the fighter holding his axe backwards on the first missed attack in a combat will give the bard fuel for when they're going to describe their turn.
The material for their improv has already been eluded to making it easier for them to run with.

I can currently verify that all reported GM sessions at GenCon are now properly displaying using the test codebase. With a bit of luck we're hoping we'll have the code rolled some time next week. :)

It's the same code causing this for other conventions, so when the code rolls you should see sessions populate regardless of event, the current code just doesn't realize it's supposed to be showing it to you.

We just hit the QA phase on our next deployment on Monday and I'm currently running my tests against the new code and reviewing fixes for known errors we're addressing. This should include most known Organized Play bugs, especially the ones mentioned here.

I suspect we're still a ways off from deploying the code as there's a fair number of fixes going into the next release along with the Holidays. I'll try to keep you all updated as I review!
