Hello Everyone! If you're trying to add a free PDF to your cart and encountering an error today know we're actively working to resolve the issue and hope to have it fixed as soon as possible. This appears to be caused by a data state where PDFs are added to your shopping cart before you sign into the website. If you sign in, remove the PDFs from your cart and then try readding them from the product page it should let you automatically add them to your My Downloads section where they can be accessed. Thank you for bringing this to our attention Phredd, We've been able to identify what's causing the error and are working to resolve it at this time. Hey Jerriko! I was taking a look into the issue and was able to reproduce the erroneous behavior you were seeing. I've gotten it documented and was able to jostle your shipping options a bit. If you want to review your available shipping options I suspect it should now default to "Ship with Subscriptions". A friend I frequently went hiking with mentioned he had been gifted a book for a new RPG beta that had been released at GenCon. He let me borrow the book and I reveled that they had taken my favorite RPG and made it even better. l fell in love with Pathfinder. It wasn't until a few months later I discovered that the company making it, Paizo Publishing L.L.C., was also responsible for some of my favorite childhood memories, namely reading Dungeon and Dragon magazines with a friend while on coastal road trips, and imagining how hilarious* it would be to die to things like a calzone golem, straight out of the oven. As soon as that clicked it was like having your favorite superhero remove their mask revealing that you've known them all along. I've been a fan ever since.
We just finished rolling back the code to the previous build, you have my personal thanks for bringing this to our attention. In short, we pushed a small change that was intended to improve email performance yesterday afternoon, but a number of the fixes and improvements that are currently being QA'd managed to catch a ride with it to the live website. We've reverted the build to the previous one and things should be working as they were previously. We've identified how it happened and should prevent it from happening again. Thanks again! - Erik K

Greetings everyone, We just rolled new code to reenable navigation of the product review tab ensuring that any page of the product reviews are accessible. As noted in the threads subject most product pages will now default to loading with the Product Review tab. We'll be doing another release in the near future to reimplement the previous behavior, ensuring that the Product Discussion tab is the primary tab to load on a product page again. We just rolled some new code to resolve the issue with the Product Review tabs being locked on page one. You should now be able to navigate to any page of a products review section again. Due to this update pages will currently default to the product review tab, we should be doing another small follow up code release to implement the previous behavior, which is ensuring the product page defaults to the product discussion tab. Hey Pogie, The website has 15 years worth of custom code tying everything together into a giant ball of intertwined cause and effect relations. We're very careful about the changes we make and test them thoroughly, but the slightest change can easily result in something completely unrelated to the area of revision breaking in an unexpected way. I test for these sorts of thing specifically with every revision, but even then it's absolutely possible something can still get past, as new revisions affect things in new and undesirably exciting ways.

Hello you two! We're looking into both issues made mention of here, David could you let me know which browser you're currently using for tracking the indismissable cookie message? The PDF emails should have retained their previous settings for if we should send them or not based on what your previous email option was, we're looking into it currently. - Erik K
