Appearance:

Age 78 Height 4’ 3” Weight 180 pounds Eyes Amber Hair Reddish-Brown

Eamch is on the big side for a hill dwarf, with some silver starting to show prematurely in his reddish-brown hair and beard. His numerous scars tell of many wounds that healing naturally rather than by magic. He wears the burden of armor and gear with a certain amount of familiar comfort.

Background:

Soldier
Specialty: Infantry
Personality Trait: I'm full of inspiring and cautionary tales from my military experience relevant to almost every combat situation.
Ideal: I do what I must and obey just authority.
Bond: Those who fight beside me are those worth dying for.
Flaw: I have little respect for anyone who is not a proven warrior.

Soldiering was good work for Eamch, but the writing was on the wall. With six children at home, he was going to need more gold than a century of soldiering would bring in. Though he was reluctant to go so far from home, it seemed adventuring was the best way to pay for all of the apprenticeships, dowries and other coming of age needs. He set off in search of a contract that might set his family up for the coming decades.
