Have you thought about Unchained Barbarian? It gives several benefits including changing the Rage from a temporary boost to maximum hit points to a "Hit Point Shield" that gets hit first. It also means you can skip Raging Vitality as a feat as you no longer have to worry about "sudden barbarian death syndrome".

I had completely missed that, however after a first read even if a like the tmp hp, I don't like how other power have been nerfed (1/day vs 1/rage, superstition/spell sunder)

What are you planning to do at higher levels? Checking out your feats I think youre going for Two-handed fighting style, but what about past level 10?

Once I get Improved Initiative and Stalwart(improved) I'll probably spend the other feats in crit (Sickening/Staggering/Blinding/Stunning) or just in Extra Rage Power.

The Beast Totem is a very good choice. The first tier power isnt great, but two natural weapons at full BAB could still be nice. The Second tier Totem is better as it cancels out the AC penalty for Raging and eventually gives a AC profit from raging. The Third tier Beast Totem at level 10 is just extremely useful and a big reason while the Barbarian is more appealing than a Fighter.
Dragon totem Line is an alternative. It takes all 5 rage Powers to reach the end by level 10 but Fly while Raging!

Yes I'm going mainly for the Beast Totem and supertition paths. (Hopefully I'll fly with some magic item or a mount by then)

After that I can take some other R.power from my previous list.
(now that I think about it I should probably come up with a LV by LV build, checking for the power requirements)

The 15 con is not wasted at all.
The 15 dex is, unless you somehow planned to do some TWFing.

No, I don't think I'll TWF.

So downgrading the DEX to 14 I have 2 points to spend in either INT, CHA or WID. Unless it's a bad idea I'll probably bring the INT to 10.

For feats, Raging Vitality you want at level 1, 3 at the latest followed by Power Attack also at 1 or 3.

I'm taking both a 1st LV since Human.

At LV3 either Improved Initiative (does it stack with the Reactionary trait?) or start the endurance path.

I'm new to pathfinder so I'm seeking for some advices.

That's what I've in mind so far:
Human, Heart of the Fields variant (seems cheap enough to rage cycle once a day, especially at early levels)
Barbarian archetype: Invulnerable Rager

Stats:
15 points buy with an extra +1 (DM gift)
STR 15+2(Human)+1(gift) = 18
DEX 15
CON 15
INT 8
WID 10
CHA 7
I'm not sure if the odd values in DEX and CON are someway 'wasted' and should be invested elsewhere.

Rage Powers that I like:
superstition
Witch Hunter
Eater of Magic
Spell Sunder (not completely sure about this yet as it would probably require also Strength Surge to make it worth)
Reckless abandon
Come and Get Me
Flesh Wound
Clear Mind
Guarded Life
Increased Damage Reduction
Beast Totem path

Feats that I like:
power attack
Raging Vitality
Improved Initiative
Horn of the Criosphinx
Stalwart(improved) (this requires diehard and endurance, I'm not sure if I should dip 1 LV of UNBREAKABLE fighter to get both, or invest 2 feats)
Extra Rage Power
Improved Sunder?? (for Spell Sunder)

It's possible that I've missed some other cool feat/power attack, if so feel free to suggest it.

For the initial equipment the budget is 150 gp.
I was planning to take a Scale mail and a falchion (not sure if it's a good choice as I don't think I'll rely on crtits a lot anyway)

I haven't come up with a LV by LV build, so if you could suggest one I'd really appreciate
