Born and raised in Hull, Canada, Brendan learned how to hunt with a rifle from a young age. His father, an ex-marine, filled his head with stories of the Human-Covenant war. When he turned 18, Brendan enlisted with the Marines, becoming a sniper and eventually attaining the rank of Corporal. However, due to his less than reverent position towards his superior officers, he never raised any higher in the ranks. Until this mission, Brendan was a sniper for the ODST, mostly fighting Insurrectionists.
