Appearance: Celia possesses almond-shaped orange eyes and greasy, thick, and curly purple locks, which are seldom let free from a series of braids apt to change daily. Her skin is a pale olive that is often flushed in reddish purple from her latest 'spiritual' acquisition.

Background: Celia was born to a pair of gnomish pirates in the Shackles serving under the free captain Linnier Grazda. Despite the dangers near the Eye of Abendego, she was raised on the very same ship alongside three other children (one of which was an adopted half-elf cabin boy) and taught the ways of the sea, and, perhaps more importantly for Celia, where Grazda was apt to leave the booze.
Through years of unsettling storms, smuggling, and the horribly squiddy death that claimed Celia's father, the only constant in her life was the quality of her charismatic leader's stash. By day and by night, the Bleaching never entered the gnome's mind as she faced peril with a sloshed and knowing smile.
This life was a great arrangement for the young gnome, as someone who was able to get quite sloshed on surprisingly little, and many a night was spent with the ship's resident Tengu, Benkei, enjoying such pleasures until the day they were caught in the act of partaking a bottle of unknown value (but it must have been high).
Needless to say, Celia was expelled from the ship, and had to spend a year or so readjusting and trying to find a new way of fulfilling her lust for adventure while doing what she loved, and what she found was what could loosely be called the church of Cayden Cailean. Once there, she experienced something both personal and deeply spiritual that she likes to keep to herself, and her faith was awakened.
Gleeful at her her new Cailean-gifted abilities, Celia began to embark with some of her new friends on raids of Chelish Slave ships. It was on one such journey she'd noticed the strangeness in the sky, but attributed it to the fact she'd just learned how to make booze by his grace.

Personality: Celia is just as much a happy person sober as she is drunk, often making poor, off-color jokes in moments she's certain need a bit of brightening up. Her hobbies include drinking, traveling, sailing, drinking, and stabbing things at least three times her size-oh, and drinking, just in case one forgot. She has a grudge against all large, tentacled creatures, and is possessed of keen senses whilst her insight suffers from alcohol poisoning.
She might have a bit of a problem, but she'd be loathe to admit it, being as stubborn as the average dwarf while eight times more distractable.
