About Celes Sontiri
=Story= "A coy smile and a wink in the right direction, and you can have whatever you want, if you got 'features' to accompany it."
Celes is a woman who has had it all from the start, and only has gotten more since then. On her second life, Celes learned quickly that being good looking and keeping a 'friendly' approach to anyone who looks at you with even a slight glimmer of interest was by far the easiest, and most useful skill in life. Despite her pale complexion, and near lifeless looking blue hair, her exotic figure was all she needed to establish herself well. A noble lady when she needs to be, Celes feels more at home, however, in the red light district, giving a show to all who come to see her down in the Lowcleft District. She also uses her time in the night life to swoon and win over the men who come drunkenly looking for the pleasure Celes promises to deliver. She, of course, never does. The promise of it is more than enough to give her pockets something to hold.
Though she is not without her own demons. Her first endeavors to con people out of money included prophetic 'visions'. Though blessed as a conduit for the God Pharasma, Celes preferred to keep her connection more or less her own device... Though that didn't stop her from putting on 'shows' of visions of others future for a small price. One day the wrong man came asking for her 'gift'. When it all settled, she was beaten to an inch of her (second, har har) life. By the time he was done with her, Celes had no choice but to fall under his employ, and now works against her own will to bring in more money to this his corrupted riches. This one man is the only person she has learned to fear in the world of Magnimar, this crime lord of the Alabaster District.
When she is not under his watch, however, Celes is the life of the party, either by having fun herself, or using others fun to profit to her own ends. There is no subject that is taboo to her. For this reason she sometimes come off as offensive, even rude, though most involved in her antics find them comedic in their own right.

-Lifebound (Ex): Samsarans gain a +2 racial bonus on all saving throws made to resist death effects, saving throws against negative energy effects, Fortitude saves made to remove negative levels, and Constitution checks made to stabilize if reduced to negative hit points.
-Shards of the Past (Ex): A samsaran's past lives grant her bonuses on two particular skills. A samsaran chooses two skills (Stealth, Diplomacy) —she gains a +2 racial bonus on both of these skills, and they are treated as class skills regardless of what class she actually takes.
-Low-Light Vision: Samsarans can see twice as far as humans in conditions of dim light.
-Samsaran Magic (Sp): Samsarans with a Charisma score of 11 or higher gain the following spell-like abilities: 1/day—comprehend languages, deathwatch, and stabilize. The caster level for these effects is equal to the samsaran's level.
- Oracle's Curse (Tongues): May Only Speak Aklo In Combat.
-Orisons: May cast level 0 prepared spells at will.
- Revelation (Bones):
(A) Death’s Touch (Su): You can cause terrible wounds to appear on a creature with a melee touch attack. This attack deals 1d6 points of negative energy damage +1 point for every two oracle levels you possess. If used against an undead creature, it heals damage and grants a +2 channel resistance for 1 minute. You can use this ability a number of times per day equal to 3 + your Charisma modifier.
(B) Armor of Bones (Su): +4 Armor for 1 hour/Oracle Level (4 hours)
(C) Voice of the Grave: You can speak with dead, as per the spell, for a number of rounds a day equal to your Oracle level (4 Rounds). At level 5 and every five levels afterwards, target takes a -2 to Will to resist this effect.
Unless otherwise noted, the DC to save against these revelations is equal to 10 + 1/2 the oracle’s level + the oracle’s Charisma modifier.
