Character Type:
The Dependable - Self-Controlled, Responsible, Reliable, Predictable
Physical Description: Celanna is a bit on the shorter side of over five feet tall. Keeping her red hair cut short to just below the jawline, best for keeping it out of her face when working on the finer details of jewelry making and when she needs to smash someone’s face in that is being a bit forward with her. She tends to wear loose clothing to allow her free movement when she has to defend herself. Not believing in weapons, the Half-Elf carries none, save of a set of bolas that hangs from her hip. While not considered by many to be drop-dead gorgeous, she still has been known to turn a few heads when she enters a room. Despite her rugged dress, she appears well-groomed.
Mannerisms: The first thing most people notice when meeting Celanna for the first time is that she is confident. Her bearing most certainly one of a person schooled in what one can assume to be the monastic arts. When she does speak, the half-elf has an accent and cadence of speech that one normally associates with that of an orcish tongue.
Pain Points: Those that say anything negative about her mothers or that she’s adopted best prepare their faces for smashing.
Desires: Firstly, to find and defeat the evil figure in her dreams raising an army of the dead to the east. After that, perhaps she could find a nice man, or woman, to return home with and eventually continue her apprenticeship at the shop.
Fear/Phobia: For reasons yet unclear to her, Celanna has a fear of statues coming to life.
Backstory: Growing for Celanna in Stelton presented its share of challenges. Mostly from those that thought it abhorrent that an Elf woman (Vara) was bedding a Half-Orc (Taka). A female Half-Orc. On top of that, she was adopted. Yet she took it all in stride, though there were more than a few fights with the other children. As a result, her mother Taka bought her a book called Manuel of the Empty Hand. The teachings inside proved very useful when she turned 18 as one drunken idiot attempted to drag her into an ally one night. Celanna simply reacted and put the fool down in three moves, then waited for the city guard to drag him off.
When she turned 21 however, that is when the dreams started. Dreams of a man with ashen skin raising an army of the dead. For a year the frequency of these dreams increased until one day she decided to head east to see if there was a threat.
