RACIAL ABILITIES

Elven Immunities: Arcanakin are immune to magic sleep effects and get a +2 racial saving throw bonus against enchantment spells and effects.
Rooted in Magic: Arcanakin receive a +2 racial bonus on caster level checks made to overcome spell resistance. In addition, elves receive a +2 racial bonus on Spellcraft skill checks made to identify the properties of magic items and a +2 racial bonus on Use Magic Device skill checks.
Spell-Like Abilities: Arcanakin can cast detect magic, mage hand, and prestidigitation once each per day, using her total character level as her caster level.
Keen Senses: Arcanakin receive a +2 racial bonus on Perception skill checks.
Weapon Familiarity: Arcanakin are proficient with longbows (including composite longbows), longswords, rapiers, and shortbows (including composite shortbows), and treat any weapon with the word “elven” in its name as a martial weapon.

When it comes to dress Caomhnóir loves variety and with magic, its a variety he can afford. Yet ever constant is the sheen of mithril on his breast and the sheen of white teeth between his lips and the light silver glint of his ring. (A gift from a friend long ago) Favoring his peoples light violet coloring with white hair Caomhnóir uses his exotic look to only amplify his natural easy smile and attentive gaze. The elf believes that to be well dressed and well mannered is to have a great distinction in all manner of social interaction so the he strive to put his best face forward whenever he can.
Personality
For some conversation is like a sparring match for Caomhnóir its the entire battlefield of existence. Gifted with powers that affect the mind Caomhnóir is sensitive to how others feel, how they act, and what they have to say. To this end the elf is friendly and attentive and generally relies on positivity to win the day in any but the most tense of situations. Behind the friendliness however is a sharp mind with power and very occasionally Caomhnóir will exert his superior presence over others. However, being steeped in the traditions of social graces Caomhnóir is quick to make such incidents as fast and painless as possible. For Caom, there is no need to fight if everyone can just feel better about whatever the issue is.
Caomhnóir is affable, sensitive and aware.
History
Caomhnóir offers an easy smile about his past and typically little else. Stories are good for feeling at ease but the elf prefers to leave his details vague and let the conversation flow towards more pleasant conversation.
That is not to say that Caomhnóir has had an unpleasant history. (He hasnt) But for him the details are unimportant (he was a child, he was taught things, he left home). Who he is now is more critical. (A gentle soul, a friendly face) What he can do more interesting. (Ease a broken heart, convince an old rival to make nice)
By way of Golmond and Redmond Caomhnóir has spent the last few years plying his powers primarily in business. Easing tensions and assuring bruised interests. A consummate negotiator, Caomhnóir will speak with great pleasure about brokering trade deals via Saphton or quelling discontent on the various barges of the Sapphire Lake. People are his day to day method of making a living after all and happy clients pay more.
This is all peripheral though. Caomhnóir is not without abilities that affect creatures of more substance and the elf has dabbled in such matters but he is not a career adventurer. But for the right price and a good story he would be willing to work his magic on the dour denizens of a dungeon or the alien minds of the wild, providing such an opportunity came his way...
