Bubbles moves in and throws a nearby bottle at the yellow thug. It crashes against the wall!

"I'm not very sneaky, but I suppose Rad would not want us to scare the guests with a vehicle crashing through." The barathu gets out of the vehicle, crashing into the ground as his tentacle catches on the rim of the vehicle.

Bubbles watches the pair work on the controller. If they are unable to understand it, he steps in and works on it's energies.

Bubbles gulps. "I suppose we don't have any reasonable means of transporting it back in a hurry. Hopefully it will be weak when it wakes back up... and not so angry..." The barathu floats back into the vehicle. "Quick selfie, then to the hostages!"

Bubbles flies backwards slightly, getting out of reach of the beast. 5 foot step. Then, the barathu speaks into everyone's minds. "They wanted that thing alive! I'll watch it's pulse. Fire at will."

I would like to ready an action to cast Stabilize once the Renkroda goes unconscious.

Bubbles shakes his body violently as he comes out of the quiet meditation he’s, unhelpfully, been in. Looking at the renkroda crashing ahead of them, he frowns. ” NOT GOOD. Not good. “

Bubbles swoops in above the swarm and drops another grenade. "[i]Watch out below!" I think I can do that without hitting any PC's.

Stressed, Bubbles backs away from the mess. He floats up in the air slightly, pulling a grenade from his pocket. "Uh...might want to back up! This is not going to feel good!"

Bubbles sees the bodies and frowns, skin turning a darker shade of blue. "I don't think that is very good...Let's check them out." Bubbles follows behind Sho and checks out the bodies.

Bubbles is happy to head to the enclosure, telling the others when he gets there, "The band leader surely knows something, but is stressed by the drones and the renkroda..." The brethedan floats in place to eye the frightening dinosaur. "Understandably..."

After the task is handed out, Bubbles nods. "Sounds good, happy to help! Should we gather our armor and armaments? Or is this more of a...subtle investigation?"

Bubbles gets on the coms, his voice a bit difficult to understand. "Hello! Is anybody having success with the security? If you could convince them to shut those security drones down, or perhaps have them retreat to a less intrusive distance, that would help me get in with the band." There is a pause as Bubbles tries to justify himself, other than looking out for another Brethedan. "I mean, who knows what they've overheard during the event set-up this morning!"

Bubbles turns his attention back to the manager. "Those drones, they are quite obnoxious aren't they! If they were to keep their distance, would that help?" After a few more complements to the orchestra, Bubbles inquires, "Tell me, hear any good gossip about this party? I know these land lubbers are always creating drama! If only they could merge, like us."

This is a good time to mention that I will be out of the country for June 22nd-June 29th. (I'm a bad person and am realizing now that I really should have mentioned this when I was mustering in.) I will try to log on and keep up, but will probably need a bot or two. Thankfully, Bubbles isn't super critical in these social situations. I'll be sure to add some good notes to his profile, but also feel free to put me on delay.

Bubbles voice garbles through the coms. Not used to speaking aloud, his Common sounds like a man being doused in a waterfall. "HOW EXCELLENT! I'LL BE RIGHT THERE!" The barathu zips around, stopping only for a small bite of mountain eel.

Bubbles floats up to the stage, twirling a bit to show off his fancy dresswear as it glitters in the stage lights. He reaches out to the stage manager in their native tongue, Brethedan. "Hello, wind-brother! How nice to see a similar face in such a jungle! You also, are far from home!" Noticing the nervousness, Bubbles pushes. "You seem nervous, is this a big break for your group? Or is that a byproduct of the gravity of this world?" He chuckles a bit, trying to calm the brethedan down.

Bubbles floats on over to the banquet table. "After all, that is where all the food is! And the people! Duh! Who else would eat the food?" The barathu spins in excitement.

Bubbles shrugs and smiles. "I suppose that's true! Though, in my experience, Pact Worlds citizens rarely expect a barathu at all!" His tinkling laughter brushes your mind. He orders a custom suit of formal wear that will accept his odd and formable frame. "This will be such an exciting event! So many new faces to meet!"

Upon leaving the yacht, Bubbles changes into his formal wear. Something like a multi-tiered tutu, the rainbow colors assault the eyes. Bubbles spins in a circle, tentacles flailing. "Isn't it wonderful? If there are any fine young barathu at this party, they will definitely want to merge with me!"

"50,000 credits per plate, this should be quite the event! And a safari! That sounds fun!" A bubbling blue barathu floats up from the back of the group. Tentacles waving slowly, the barathu stops and introduces himself. "Hello, everyone! I'm Eweek Beeshee, but my friends just call me Bubbles! It's because I'm a little friendly! Ha![/i]" His voice is in your mind, light and full of mirth. He rotates in the air towards Radazam. "I normally wear thick armor, keeps my juicy insides where they belong. Why do you suggest we leave that at the valet?"

After being replied too, Bubbles bobs up and down. "This safari... Is it around Renkrodas? Are they... well fed?"

Bubbles makes it to his post, a little slow. His tentacles wrap around the unfamiliar controls. "Well, here goes nothing!"

Bubbles gives Envar a big streamer-hug and bobs up and down. "It was SO good to meet you Envar! We'll see you at the fighting pits!"

Bubbles looks around the room, fascinated, before being drawn to the computer console. "Wow, cool computer! Do you think there are any games on there? I bet our manager and the ysoki mercenary would love to play some minesweeper!" Bubbles swoops back over to Envar. "You can have another streamer hug if you help them get in there! I bet you know your mom's password, huh!"

Shoot, I forgot I was Level 2. Yepp, I'm happy to take Gunner 2.

Bubbles goes up to Aazanar, and you can feel the mental happiness bubbling over into your mind. "You look hurt, buddy! Want some help?" Then, without waiting for a response, the barathu grabs the lashunta with every tentacle, wrapping him in a warm, many-armed hug.

"Nuts. I just wanted them to build a snowman with me...I thought it would make a nice vacation from all of the burning and killing bits!" The barathu shakes slightly, frowning at the pile of ash. "Uh, Envar? Would you mind not posting that for... like... 24 hours? We're, uh, trying to be 'normies' for the day. You must understand that, given how famous you are!"

Bubbles is best as a Captain, but could secondary gunner if necessary.

Bubbles feels the radiation from the solar elementals wash over his skin and he shivers. His skin shifts, turning an orange-ish color. Swift Action: Early Stage Adaptation, Fire Resistance 2 for 1 round.

Adaptation cooldown: 1d4 ⇒ 3

The barathu wiggles it's tentacles and floats away from the elementals, and up to the ceiling.

Mysticism: 1d20 + 11 ⇒ (18) + 11 = 29 Trying to identify them. And find out if they're immune to mind-affecting spells.

He focuses his mind, trying to stop the ouchiementals.

Those elementals are awesome!

Also, can we tell how to close the shield again?

"Ooh! So much shiny!" Bubbles floats into the room, past Envar. He takes a look at the computers then shakes in dismay. "These computers are so boring! So boring! I want a fancy computer! Like the one your mom uses! Like, exactly, like that!" His complaining is soon distracted by the enormous telescope. He looks through it towards the sun.

Bubbles claps his front tentacles together. "That was SO fun! Yay! Way to go guys! I knew you could do it, Aazanar!" The barathu floats alongside Envar holding the Pesh at a distance. Then, getting an idea, he holds it in front of Envar's face. "Hey, look what I have! It's yours if you take us someplace with a computer. A fancy computer, like the one your mom uses!" The barathu then follows the high rich kid, hoping for the best.

Phew. I think we're doing pretty good at being sneaky so far!

One of Bubbles' tentacles reaches out, as if he wants to caress Aazanar's biceps. Then, it pulls back. "Yes, I agree. Our man versus one of yours! This will be so fun!!" The barathu floats up to the ceiling, looking for a better view.

That's not sneaky!!!

I'm willing to chip in! I hope somebody gets a nice Diplomacy roll to go with my Aid!

Our solarian and operative are probably our best faces. Perhaps a bluff check to let her know that the check's in the mail? Or a diplomacy check to lower the downpayment?

The barathu gets very nervous. "Just a minute, we can come up with a peaceful solution. "

Bubbles shakes a little to the man. "No weapons here! I am Un Name, the gladiator! No need for weapons for this guy!" The barathu goes up to the bar.. Ooh, tall hairless skittermander! "A round of your purest oxygen, please!"

Bubbles stands very still for a moment. A balloon? I guess.. whatever makes him happy! But, balloons don't talk! Whatever will I do? I, suppose, I could be quiet for a while... A full three seconds pass. HA!I couldn't do that! The barathu then begins bobbing along behind Envar, trying to mimick the movements of a child's balloon. "Hello, Envar. This is me. Your balloon. We balloons love VIP areas. But also boring areas. Like offices. And computers." He continues to float, slowly pestering. " Would you happen to know anywhere quiet like that? Perhaps you have an office? Or a family member has an office we could go to?"

Bubbles floats up to the fancy man and glows. "Hello, there! I am Un Named! We sure did kill two of those! Yepp! The best merc's around! Did you find our fight entertaining?" The barathu spins a little, taking in the arena.

Bubbles, from his high vantage point, looks at the crowd. Perhaps it is best to not finish this quickly. Hmmm... Instead of touching the Crest Eater's mind, he picks up an abandoned box of popcorn and throws it at the beast.

Bubbles thinks to the team, " A Crest eater!!! They are not as nice as they look! They can spit acid on you, so even staying away isn't safe! " With that said, the barathu still floats up until he is near near top of a column.

Is it immune to mind that effects?

Bubbles floats into the arena, mentally speaking to his friends. "Well, that's not so bad! Maybe he wants to be friends! "

He tries to remember if he's heard about this beast before. Then, he floats to just out of reach of the monster, extends a freakishly long tentacle and waves it in front of his face! " Nah, nah, I'm not afraid of you! Raar! "

Intimidate : 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (13) + 5 = 18

The scary fact paint does wonders to help his sunny disposition. Then the barathu floats back to a safe distance.

That was my gladiator check, not trying to shake it.

Bubbles hesitates at the security station, mind abuzz. Name? Name?! Who said I needed a name?! Oh, no!!! Perhaps... Bubbles. No, too obvious. Eweek? No, that's already on my ID card! Stupid... stupid... When the agent brushes past his name and on to his status as a gladiator, the barathu smiles. Yes! The face paint worked!! My new name is Un. Un Named. I like it!

At the arena, bubbles starts to slowly spin, a nervous habit. "Did she mean us? Are we going to fight? I thought this was just our job! Oh no..." In response to this fear, Bubbles' natural skin thickens, creating a thin sheet of armor-like material.
