About Brixt von Doum
Brixt stands about 3'1", and weighs in at 35 lbs. He wears a dark green cloak and keeps his face covered with a half-mask. It's mostly for dramatic effect. He seeks to create a sovereign nation of Halflings, a refuge for those who have been trampled on (literally!) and tossed away like a rock thrown to set traps off. And naturally, he intends on ruling such a nation. He's doing all the work, of course.
