Characteristics:
Bollux Cohen the Barbarian hails from a small village in the Lands of the Linnorm Kings. His youth was spent in the wilderness hunting for food, clothing, and sport. Always eager to test his abilities, he spends the morning of Midwinter jumping naked into a pool of near-freezing water and then drying himself off by rolling around in the snow. This practice over the years has given him a resiliency not found in most other humans. It has also given him a small layer of blubber that makes him look fat. As a result, he is rather hot natured and breaks a sweat just standing in a room-temperature, uh, room.
Bollux is strong, agile, and hardy. A clever hunter and warrior, he is nevertheless a bit naive and completely lacking in social graces. In battle, he can be a little impatient, but is not altogether rash or foolhardy. In social situations, he comes off as a bit gruff, often accidentally saying exactly the right thing to make people irritated with him. When making a decision, he usually defers to whomever makes the smartest sounding argument, even if that means changing his mind several times.
Biggest goal in life: kill a linnorm (not because he wants to rule as king, but because he heard fresh linnorm liver tastes like fried chicken smothered in sawmill gravy)
Biggest fear in life: badgers
Favorite color: white
Least favorite color: eggshell
Quirk: He's superstitious about doorways. He thinks it's bad luck to have one foot on one side of the door and the other foot on the other side. Therefore, when entering a room, he takes a little hop over the threshold.
