[My english ain't good sorry)

Soon I will be starting a Starfinder campaign as a player, and given the world environment, I wanted to try to reach the power of German science. Basically, I'm trying to gameplay Stroheim from Jojo's Bizarre Adventure Part 2.

I'll try to make my goals as clear as possible:

1. I would like to be a Damage Dealer, I don't want to benefit anyone but myself. He is, after all, a tyrannical Lawful Evil.

2. I would like to be as Cyborg as possible, having every type of weapon or tool inside my body

3. I want to be mostly Ranged, but able to manage Melee as well.

Starting from these objectives, what I am currently able to think is the following

Race: Android
Class: Soldier
Primary Style: Storm Armor
Secondary Style: Sharpshoot
Archetype: Augmented
Theme: Native Cybernetics
The Ability Scores I rolled are [15 17 17 15 11 8] and I can place them wherever I want.

I'll explain the reasons for my current choices first, then I will explain my doubts and problems

The Android motif is self-explanatory. Needed Dexterity because I want to be Ranged, and Intelligence for the machines I will install in my body, it was an efficient and character-consistent race. The additional armor Upgrade Slot is handy, and i never spit on Darkvision and Low-Light Vision

The class remains uncertain for me. I instinctively took the soldier knowing about the third attack and because I have seen that many online recommend using the soldier when you want to take archetypes. Thinking the class was good for some DPS, I went for that. The armor storm style comes from having multiple armor upgrades (since I agreed with the master: my PC does not wear armor, it is simply built so well that it is very durable. So consider each Upgrade of the armor as if it were an augmentation roleplay-wise, even if in gameplay it isnt) and to be also resistant. The Sharphooter speaks for itself, buff ranged.

I don't think I have to explain the Archetype as well as the theme, they are the basis on which to work the PG

---------------------------

Doubts and problems.

1. Unfortunately Starfinder (wrongly in my opinion) does not grant real advantages in having millions of weapons installed, you do not gain extra attacks, having more types of damage is not very useful having only two types of AC, and if you start choosing weapons on the basis of the secondary effects then you are goin for the utility more than the damage. The only real benefit would be not reloading, but I've done a Starfinder campaign before, and I've hardly ever run out of ammo except for sniper rifles.

2. How should I manage LVUPs and Slots? The amount of items to upgrade at each LVUP would be huge and expensive, and yes, making money is easy in Starfinder, but it still remains a problem to consider.

3. I am unsure about the build in general, if you have better ideas on how to achieve (even by mediating and making compromises) the three objectives, go ahead

4. Unfortunately I still can't tell you how many credits I start with, but I can tell you that the campaign starts at 1am and goes on until it ends, and the goal would be to finish it between 15 and 20

Or an Oracle with the Time mystery.

i saw that and i think it can be a good one all around. Point is, is it possible to build a viable Oracle Time Mystery based on unarmed strikes? (it is Dio after all)

Is there ANY way to get just ONE 9th level spell with any class that isnt at Wizard/Sorcerer BAB (so any class that has 3/4 or FULL BAB) to get the cast of a single 9th level spell? Just choosing a single 9th level spell. Nothing else.

Our master allows EVERY 3rd party feat and some 3rd party classes, so you can suggest everything.

To explain why : i need timestop.
I want to build a character that can use a ZA WARUDO like ability, i'm literally trying to build Dio Brando, but not necessarily with vampire like abilities. I just want to stop time somehow, idc about getting any other spell. (DOESNT MATTER THE LEVEL IF IT'S UNDER LEVEL 20)

I just fell in love with this class. I love it. Point is, the "Grow in Size" Bonuses and Nerfs give me headache. My doubts are:

1. Do I still have to apply the NORMAL size rules? Because if that were the case, the Strength gain would lose meaning due to the Attack Rolls penalties, and the loss of AC, together with the -10 you get in Dexterity, DESTROYS YOUR Class Armor. Sure, you have an absurd amount of CMD and CMB, but it's not exactly a good trade

2. How should I handle natural attacks if I have such a reach? I know that maybe for those who follow the rules to the bitter end it can be stupid, but with a claw from a 4 meter arm shouldn't I be hitting a lot of enemies and also risk to hit my allies? It doesn't make sense that I can only hit 1 enemy when I'm huge, nor that my allies risk nothing.

3. Ok. I'm Colossal. Long or Large?
