Fast track is 3 xp and slow is 1 1/2 since these count as modules. For a regular scenario it's 1xp and slow is 1/2.

You can pay the difference to upgrade a magical item. For example I just upgraded my headband of charisma from +2 to a +4 by paying the difference of 12000 gold.

Batty moves in below Darius and takes a swing with this great sword putting all the might of Gorum he can muster behind it. As his blade comes down he calls upon Gorum to help wound this foul demon.

Adding power attack and my new wounding blade ability. It does not state that it takes an action to activate wounding blade but it lasts 4 rounds causing 1 bleed damage which stacks every time I hit and do damage.

I think what Devko is saying is that Deeper darkness+Daylight=return to natural light conditions. Since we are underground that would be dark so dark vision would work again but everyone else would still be unable to see.
