About Arson the Investigator

Arson is a Korvosa native. Born to a happy couple of Tieflings, life may have been a struggle. But there was never a lack of love, and Arson went to bed every night with a full belly. Unfortunately, simple fare could never fully satiate the growing boy.

Today, he has made a name for himself as a Private Investigator. Through alchemy and skill alike, he is well-known in his own little slice of Korvosa, especially through his fellow Tieflings which he typically takes pro bono. His passion for solving mysteries and crimes is only equaled by his persistence. His motto is “No job left unfinished”.

Though his focus is his work may just be a way to cope with his checkered past. His job keeps at bay the considerable guilt in his previous life as a younger man; his life as a gentleman thief, plundering riches to give to those in need in his community. A secret that few are privy to, and by mere luck that he escaped the notice of the nobility at large. The reputation of his other identity may not have been so lucky…
