Special Ability/Solo Mode Ability:
Special Ability Enhance Healing The Apothecary may restore 1d5 additional wounds with any successful Medicade test for First Aid. -------------------- Solo Mode Ability Thunder's Call Effects: Storm Wardens often choose to prove their honor and bravery by facing foes in single combat and dueling to the death. Once per combat as a Free Action, a Battle-Brother of the Storm Wardens Chapter may issue a Thunder's Call against any single enemy which can both see and hear him (though it need not be able to understand his language). As long as the Battle-Brother takes no Actions other than melee attacks against the target or moving him into melee with the target, and none of his allies attack the target, he gains +10 to Weapon Skill Tests against it. In addition, as long as the Battle-Brother is engaged in melee combat with the target, it suffers a -10 to make attacks against anyone but the Storm Warden and must pass a Challenging (+0) Agility test to move away. This ability lasts until either the target is dead or withdraws from combat (i.e. it retreats and combat ends) or the Battle-brother withdraws from combat. At Rank 3 and above the Battle-Brother's dueling skills mean he may re-roll both Parry and Dodge Tests against attacks from the target of his Thunder's Call. At Rank 5 and above the target's penalties to attack anyone but the Storm Warden increase to -20 and the Agility Test to move away becomes Hard (-20). Exp spent:

Background:
Born on the Storm Warden home-world Brother Morgan joined the Storm Wardens after he slew ten other applicants in single combat duels of honor one right after another. During the final fight Morgan’s claymore broke but he used the broken length to pierce his foe through the heart. Seeing that Morgan was very adept with a blade, and he could think quickly he was immediately taken into the apothecary order. He was trained in the secrets of the gene-seed and how to take care of it for many years before he joined the 4th company as a fully trained apothecary. On the day he joined the 4th he was presented with his old blade forged again. With his claymore back in his hand Morgan joined the 5th squad. Morgan served with the 5th squad for five years across many battlefields before distinguishing himself in the Battle of Targash. The 4th company was deployed to end a planetary rebellion and they charged into the capital to stop the rebels in their tracks when they were ambushed by Chaos Marines from the Word Bearers Legion, and a massed army of cultists. The Word Bearers, and cultists charged into the Storm Wardens lines and began a bloody close combat. Several squads were wiped out by the heretics, and Morgan protected by his squad members saved each and every one of their gene-seeds for future generations. As the battle raged on a Demon Prince was summoned and it wrecked a terrible toll on the Storm Wardens. Brother Morgan and his squad encountered the Demon Prince and fought it even though they knew they had little chance of victory. One by one Morgan's Battle-Brothers were slain by the demon's sword and hand. Even as Morgan tried to save his brothers he was hurled through an old wall by the demon’s hand as it back handed him, and shattered his claymore once again. By the time Brother Morgan regained his feet and got back to the fight the Demon Prince was gone as were most of the Word Bearers. The remaining enemy forces were wiped out, but the toll of the battle had been heavy. Over half of the remaining Storm Wardens were wounded and several of the dead bodies had been used in some profane rite. As Morgan gained great renown for his actions he requested to be seconded to the Long Watch so that he could pursue more information about the Battle of Targash. It was decades before Brother Morgan had mastered the remaining secrets of other chapters’ gene-seed even as he swore himself to secrecy. As he joined the Long Watch Brother Morgan was once again presented with his repaired claymore as he joined Squad Thanatos. During his time in the Death Watch Brother Morgan hasn't had much time to search for more clues as he has had to deal with many problems from Orc war bands to Tyranids fleets, and Tau invasions, but he has always kept an eye out for any information about Word Bearer activity. Brother Morgan has distinguished himself in the Deathwatch by personally slaying an Orc warboss after it slew one of his comrades as Morgan refused to retreat until he had saved the gene-seed. Morgan slew the warboss for getting in his way as he performed his sacred duty, and he personally threw the head of the warboss into the green-skin army. Brother Morgan has gained the nickname Thrice-Forged due to the fact that his claymore has been reforged three times. Each time Morgan has made another promise that he will avenge his fallen comrades and keep their gene-seed safe no matter the cost.
