Special Abilities
Planner: You’re the one with a plan. When you observe or study a location for at least one round as your action, the next time you interact with it (possibly in the following round), the difficulty of a related task (such as finding a clue, a tool, or a secret compartment) is reduced by one step.
Inability: You tend to fixate on the details, making you somewhat oblivious to what’s going on around you. The difficulty of any task to notice danger around you is increased by one step.
Practiced With Light and Medium Weapons: You can use light and medium weapons without penalty. If you wield a heavy weapon, increase the difficulty of the attack by one step. Enabler.
Physically Resistant: You are trained in Might defense. Enabler.
Minor Effect Suggestions: The duration of influence or control is doubled.
Major Effect Suggestions: The duration of influence or control becomes 28 hours.
Machine Affinity. You are trained in all tasks involving electrical machines. Enabler.
Distant Activation (1 Intellect point). You can activate or deactivate any machine you can see within short range, even if normally you would have to touch or manually operate the device. To use this ability, you must understand the function of the machine, it must be your size or smaller, and it can’t be connected to another intelligence (or be intelligent itself). Action.
Decipher (1 Intellect point): If you spend one minute examining a piece of writing or code in a language you do not understand, you can make an Intellect roll of difficulty 3 (or higher, based on the complexity of the language or code). On a success, you get the gist of what the writing says. Action to initiate.

Small cannister - Gravity-nullifying spray: A nonliving object about the size of a person or smaller sprayed by this will float for 1d20 feet in the air permanently and no longer has weight if carried (but will need to be strapped down) (level 1d6+2)
Monoblade - Produces a 6 inch blade that’s the same level as the cypher. The blade cuts through any material of a level lower than its own. If used as a weapon, it’s a light weapon that ignores armor of a level lower than its own. Lasts 10 minutes. (level 1d6+2)
Sleep Inducer - Remote - Level 1d6: Pointing this and using it on a target of the same or lower level as the cypher puts the victim to sleep for 10 minutes, or until woken up by violent action or extremely loud noise.

Oddities
A perfectly round piece of framed glass that allows you to see into different locations. The locations are random, the length of time it appears in the glass is random. You’ve seen things that almost drove you mad, whether because they were too beautiful for your mind, or they were too alien.
