I called in about some ordering problems and I have to say I am very impressed with the customer service. No being put on hold, talking to a computer, or being sent on a wild goose chase between different departments. I always dread having to call customer service and I really appreciate how helpful Paizo's staff is. Friendly, polite, and got right to helping me fix the problem in 5 minutes or less.
