-Backstory-
Honor, loyalty, and tradition are the key tenants of the Torviir Drow family mob. Once based out of the darklands of Italy where they were fungus farmers, after immigrating to America in the late 1890s to escape economic troubles they quickly established themselves as one of the top crime families on the east coast, establishing a home for them in city of Baltimore. Notorious for there no “bull” attitude, the Torviir’s remained even to this day a feared and respected family, controlling much of the drug and illegal magic and arms trade in the central eastern seaboard.
Amalarra Torviir, was born the eldest daughter of the esteemed mob matriarch of the Torviir family Shribreena. From birth, it could be seen that Amalarra was very different from other Drow. The first and most notable were her rather odd eyes, a mix of green and red that seemed off to those around her. When discovered of her magical talents, a rarity among a lineage whom before was nothing more than petty farmers, the Torviir’s went to great lengths to enroll her in one of the best magic academy money could buy.
Amalarra spent whatever time she was not in class outside. While her classes taught her much, it was outside in nature that was her true classroom. As her connection to nature and power grew, her connection to her family grew less so, often feeling almost alienated from her family. During her college years, a malicious student tricked her, creating a sex tape. Her brother, after hearing of this incident took matters in his own hand. He sent him down to the bottom of the Chesapeake with two cinder blocks, the tape never to be seen again. This event cemented the rift between Amalarra and her family, and when after college she didn’t want to take up the family business, it continued even further.
It wasn’t long until she was cut off from funding and soon unable to pay for her tuition for her continued education. But, un-intimidated by her mother’s doings, she decided to take up her first job as a librarian at the local library and left for a cheaper community college. For the past five years now, she has fought tooth and nail living on her own.

A slender Drow woman of typical complexion of her race. While she has the normal trade mark white hair of Drow, her eyes appear as a strange mix of red and green. She weighs in at around 124lbs and is around 5'9" tall. Typically calm and well mannered, she has a love of nature and the outdoors. She is 42 years old in human years.
