About Algodor

Algodor is one of many bastard children from Irrisen, a snowy land of witches and symbols. As a youth Algodor was taken away by adventurers fighting against evil witches in the land, sparing his life from the path of evil. As he matured, he grew to love the hard work and steadfast compassion of the people he encountered in his travels, eventually becoming an adventurer to help people with their problems. He believes in the powers of witches above all else, leading to arguments with other arcane casters, especially wizards. He despises injustice, a trait he developed in exposure to his healing patron, Graves, a shadowy angelic figure who isn't wholly good nor evil, but believes that the only true justice, is that gifted to the dead. This leads Algodor to ensure that those suffering from premature ends are guaranteed another chance, he believes that people should only die once it is their fate to do so. Algodor came to hate Ustalav, after a brief trip there, referring to it not by name, but acknowledging it as 'the haunted wound' (he refers to it similarly to the Worldwound). His familiar dwells in the body of a once evil barbarian who attacked the original body. Her intelligence grants her understanding of language, but she doesn't understand anything about society, often remaining quiet or completely mute. Her connection to Graves isn't weakened by the fact that she dwells in a different body.
