This seems like it would make for a SF great contest - Paizo supplies a picture / pictures and contestants try to come up with creature stats.
I would like it the other way around, too. Get a bunch of artists to submit stuff to Paizo, have the community vote on their favorite one, (and perhaps a second one, Favorited by Paizo staff) and have Paizo create the stats for it!
