Welcome to To Scale the Dragon! If you have signed up for this game in the Outpost IX Event Listing spreadsheet please feel free to dot and delete in gameplay, fill out your info at RPG Chronicles Link and add your token/information to Slides.
Once you’re here, let me know a bit about your character; what are they like, what are their usual roles in a party, and do they have any uncommon rules interactions or unusual abilities I should brush up on?

Khugron likes to pass out ponchos as he uses an adamantine bec de corbin as a paint brush, painting the walls with his foes. With the weapon, enlarge person, and the extra reach when he rages, everything in 25' of him can get hit with the weapon or a size 24 boot. He has combat reflexes that uses strength (Defender’s Reflexes) rather than dex.

Looks like you're going to be in the middle of the tiers. Do you want high tier or low tier. I've got a 7th level cleric, a 6th level fire bloodrager, a 6th Hydrokineticist/Vigilante, 9th Unchained Rogue, 8th druid/warprist/sphere singer, 6th psychic, 9th fighter, and a 6th sorcerer,

Assuming everyone who signed up joins, I believe this will be high tier, since its a season 0 so even if you end up between tiers it will go high if you have 6 players.
Going to go ahead and get us started; you can go ahead with an introductory in character post, but please make sure to sign in on the slides/RPGChronicles if you haven't already.

This scenario has a bit more GM variability than a lot of the more modern scenarios in terms of how it is run for the travel portion. The scenario is referencing the overland travel/environmental rules in a number of places, but then also has its own scenario-specific dogsled rules and they don't quite fit by default and kind of glosses over some of the implications of actually using the travel and environment rules. The dogsledding rules have been added to slide 3.
There's a definite railroad laid out by the adventure; get on dogsleds, head up the trail, push through to get up and back in a day. And that's definitely fine if you choose to go that route, but if you end up doing things differently I'll go with trying to make things fit.
I'm going to try to run this as best I can by the overland travel and environmental rules. Here's some notes on how that will work.
Overland movement rules are here: https://www.aonprd.com/Rules.aspx?ID=119
Travel will be through a mountain trail terrain as long as you follow the Dragon. If you go off the trail, travel will be through Trackless mountain terrain and you will need to roll to avoid getting lost.
This reduces speed to 3/4 of the listed amount. Travel speed will be based on the slowest party member's movement, but you will have dog sleds that travel at a base speed in mph equal to their move rate (see dogsledding rules, but average is 5) if you choose to ride in them. Riding in the dogsleds will help get you where you're going quickly, but may require handle animal checks when going over certain terrain as you make your way up the mountain to avoid issues.
There is a 20 mile trip from the Waystation to the peak. The map is posted to the fourth slide, but only shows the last 8 miles. The first 12 miles of the trip is uneventful, and just serves to take up time. This section and the green hilly portion of the map are going to be treated as a low pass from the mountain travel rules: https://www.aonprd.com/Rules.aspx?ID=290
The portion of the trip above the spine where the map shows the peaks turning brown and gray will be treated as a high pass/low peak, and will require fortitude saves to avoid fatigue while traveling due to the thin air. The sled dogs are considered acclimated and will not need to make this check.
The temperature is Cold in all areas during this trip, and will require cold weather clothing or Endure Elements for protection or make fortitude saves every hour to avoid nonlethal damage.
You may need to forced march to get back within a day. The dogs will make the checks if you are riding a sled, but if anyone is walking they may need constitution checks to keep going without fatigue.
There are a few rules here that can inflict fatigue. Keep in mind that something which would cause fatigue when you are already fatigued causes exhaustion instead.

Fixing pbp profile takes so much time, especially when I feel busy recently. I am almost there, while I have not yet finished my equipments. As well as my arcane amplifier familiar. I will try to finish up everything before we formally have encounters.
