Kat runs into the room and tries to put another arrow into the plant she just pinned to the floor. She then drops her bow and assumes a combat stance.

If it's a very low AC can it be immobilized a second time? I also just realized that the AC hit from OG and volley will cancel each other out

Sure you can pin it multiple times, but the creature has 15 foot reach so it's not hindering it that much.
