Giles moves past Artemios and climbs the crates. Once he reaches a proper vantage point he uses the crates to conceal himself.
Stride, climb, hide
I'm not certain how tall the crates are but Giles' 20 foot climb speed should get him to about where he is on the map. If that is insufficient feel free to move him accordingly. His intent is to get close to black. Giles' stealth is +8 with a -1 penalty for frightened.

With his meteor hammer he strikes the nearest creature

Damage, b: 1d8 + 4 ⇒ (8) + 4 = 12
Drokki swings his hammer strong enough and it hits accurately enough that Drokki is sure its head would not be there when he looks. Crit for 24 dmg
Retributive Strike Trigger An enemy damages your ally, and both are in your champion’s aura; Effect You protect your ally and strike your enemy. The ally gains resistance to all damage against the triggering damage equal to 2 + your level. If the enemy is within reach, make a melee Strike against it.

Oh, even better! Cornering the leader and stopping them from leaving will also work.
Atermios moves up and attempts to remove the thug that's in his way. He uses the flat of his blade this time, since they were asked to minimize the use of force.. and it doesn't seem all that necessary!
Still, he pushes his power into his swings, and then lets it settle into his bangles instead. As they sparkle and shine, the bad guys should realize that they just don't want to move away from him. He's very attractive, though more in a magnetic sense.

Artemios's Divine Spark must move to a different Ikon. He moves it to his Fetching Bangles, which gives him a 10-foot aura (I marked it). Any enemy within the aura must succeed at a DC 17 Will save or the move action is disrupted).

Shalosar steps up and flicks his chain at the scholar. One of the links detaches and strikes the man in black right in the center of his forehead and drops him. Ebiten fries him to a crisp just for good measure.
