Torrin pushes the stuffed white furred bear into place and begins to climb up, only to lose his balance. But Kosh shouts encouragement and Torrin quickly regains his grip. Nykor follows suit and quickly scampers up to the owl.

That's the seventh piece of information about arcane theory and research about true names.
This room is a storage closet containing several dozen unfinished or experimental magical scrolls, most of the scrolls are half-finished. Every scroll in the room is appropriately labeled with the name of the spell being scribed into it. The few that you recognize are so niche you would have no use for it and would have trouble selling it.
However, there is one scroll that could be useful. It has an ornate tag on it, with the note For the promising apprentice. It is a scroll of >enlarge<.
Seems like the second floor is cleared. You can report back to Alyreha, or head upstairs. If the thief Neibiat mentioned is still here, she would be upstairs...

Amiri hops down with practiced ease "Ya, Landon's right. Gotta check back in and maybe rest a bit so Doc Kosh can fix us up. Don't wanna go into a big scrap half spent." She's definitely got some dings to rest off.
In an hour rest Kosh should be able to make some medicine checks, some of that nonlethal can wear off, and enfeebled for some of us too.

Downstairs, you return to find Takumi and Shinju taking a tea break. The eidolon has a much larger teacup than Takumi, and the kitsune sighs before refilling it. Kosh takes his time healing long term wounds while the rest enjoy some jasmine tea.
"Man, I'm tired." Alyreha pants. "I'd wipe the sweat off my brow if I could. Or if I had one. But the defenses have gotten a lot more stable recently. I'm guessing you've taken care of that?"
"Oh hey! That's my research. Most of it, anyway... where's page 8? Oh, I bet that thief has it. She must be on the top floor in the observatory. Let me see what I can do with this..."
"YES! This is getting easy." Alyreha mumbles. "Okay, I think I unlocked it. You can ask the wards to give you a healing word- uh I shouldn't say it like that. Those wizards on the coast get mad when I use that phrase. Listen, just say the word and it will heal some of your wounds."
As a 1 action activity, you can use the command phrase "Alyreha is awesome" and you will heal 1d8 damage. Each PC can only do this once.
"ULIMITED POWAAAH!" Alyreha screams as a lightning surges from her mouth. "Oh man, I knew this one guy, he'd do it all the time. I bet he'd be surprised that somehow, I returned!"
"Sorry, where was I? Oh yeah. Speak the phrase and you'll be hasted for a minute. You can move faster or attack an extra time."
As a 2 action activity, you can use the command phrase "You're so cool, Alyreha!" and you will be quickened for 1 minute, gaining a bonus action you can use to Stride or Strike. Each PC can only do this once.
"Okay, I think that should be enough. Anymore and I risk destabilizing the magical wards here. Think you'll be able to handle the thief now?"

Obligatory pun aside, the elf joins the others in preparing to storm the third floor. He stows the javelin he was carrying and draws his sword, holding it in one hand opposite his wooden shield. "Right, let's finish this."

With most of your wounds healed, and some assistance from Alyreha, you head upstairs to the top floor.
The stairs of this tower ascend 40 feet from the floor beneath it into a large circular room riddled with books, magical implements, and crafting equipment. The couches look well‑worn and the northernmost of them is covered with unmade blankets, and several pillows, before a desk covered with a pile of handwritten documents and annotated books. The walls are covered with magical equations and geometric designs written in several different colors of chalk. A tall, muscular shisk woman with heterochromatic eyes stands up from the northern most couch of the room.
“Oh. There you are, Pathfinders. What took you all so long? I’ve been waiting for you all to get through those defenses and find the Arclord’s research for me. But now that you’re here, I’ll have to be taking whatever you have for myself,” she sneers.
“Mother needs me to bring her that research so that she can cook some true names and mix them together. I don’t entirely get it myself, but I don’t have to. All I need to know is that you have what I need for Mother, so I am going to take it!”
She snaps her fingers as three humanoid figures shamble towards you. They seem amassed from body parts from multiple humans, armed with razor sharp claws.

"You're so cool Alyreha," Landon says, only somewhat reluctantly.
Once the magic takes effect, he attempts to reach the top of the stairwell. Could somebody move my token, please? A speed of 30 feet and two moves on difficult terrain should just get him to the top of the stairs, give or take.

Landon raises his shield and cuts down the Green tinted creature he sees. His follow up is wild and grazes the carpet. What are these things? Arcane and Occultism helps, but they are rare. Some kind of patchwork of different body parts is the best he can tell.
