There was the shoddy Hellknight armour, a lesser glue bomb, a lesser flask of bottled lightning, a minor healing potion, a wolf fang talisman, and two flasks of holy water,

Leaving the minor healing potion, and the flask of bottled lightning, everything would sell for 14gp. (standard half price when selling.) The Shoddy armour shouldn't technically be sellable, but I reason someone might get it for the historical significance of the citadel at a reduced price. (one quarter the price of full plate for the shoddy armour.)

My situation

We had an family emergency that caused us to need to travel down to Florida to visit my mom. She has been since diagnosed with Major Congestive heart failure. She can't breathe on her own.

We are back in Michigan. My Mom is currently resting at ease at a Hospice, comfortable but still expectant to pass. Our hope is she will become able to have Home hospice so she can do it at home.

I feel that I really need to lessen my commitment to these games. I will be stepping away from many, but not this one.

I apologize if my suggestion was unwanted? Having played a great number of Casters, I have many insights.

I am a fan of multiple target spells. Daze is not a bad spell. Actually, 2e Cantrips rock!

I have run/played this AP. Being a party of 4, this will be a tough ride. Although, the story is great. My home group really enjoyed this one.

I am happy to be a part of another run.

Markus, I think you have steadily dealt a lot of damage with daze. Since it always does at least some damage (noone has critacally suceeded a save against it yet) you have withered enemies' health consistently.

I hope I'm doing the AP justice so far. Feel free to let me know if I mess up at any point.

Truth be told GM, this is one of the best and most satisfied groups of players I have played with it. This is some wildly solid story telling too I will add.

Why might that be? Well, because the characters are not only interacting, they are mattering; to each other. Brilliant "f*&^ing" Burnis!? Where does crap like that come from!? Only a brilliant PLAYER would have the not most smartest character and have them latch on to the alliteration of an adjective with their name: can't make that up. Kiilo would take a bullet for the guy if he knew what a bullet is.

The drunk little goblin? WTH is that!?!? Kiilo would mortgage a wing for this guy. Because he MATTERS. Not crunch, crunch isn't what matters. 1d10+4hp isn't what matters. Making sure his friend is okay matters. Being there for friends is what matters.

Kiilo is proud to have tied back his wings for this group.

I am happy to continue to play this game. As Kiilo stated, it's the Characters that are the story. Look at this group of Heroes...lol.

That is the story. No one would even look at this group of misfit toys and even think that they will make a difference. Just watch and wait!

I was at 20+ PbP games prior to this situation with my Mom. Too many. I kept the games that I felt invested in. This is definitely one of them.

These 4 individuals will evolve into a tactical combat/social encounter machine... eventually. It's fun getting there too though...lol.

The dynamics between the characters have been great, and I love that all the characters have so much room to grow and so many vivid details. I am really glad to read that you guys are invested in it, cause I am too and I am glad to keep moving forward with it!

I can live with the whole non-rest thing, but there is ZERO need for speed here, so even if I live with it, I'm not going to call it smart. (Not even for BB) The reality is, without the soothes last fight, there could be dead people (or people we had to work way harder to make not dead) ((versus UNdead))

But I will live with the will of the group (pun intended).
