Game Master pH unbalanced

This is for an ongoing Pathfinder 1e Legendary Planet campaign that is currently towards the end of book 2. I'm hoping to utilize PbP for downtime/exploration mode in between sessions.

I'm utilizing existing players so there is no recruitment.
