Seeing as the other magical folks didn't do wards, I guess I will.

Leo knows immediately where he can be of the most help. He goes on search of Uirch with his spellbook in hand instead of hanging from his belt.

Once he finds the orc, he enthusiastically shares his knowledge of everything wards. Unless Uirch stops Leo, Leo will continue enthusiastically to share his work on a unified theory he's been working on that "..finds the backbone that all magic works off of.."

Looks like Astrid just missed the DC. She has gone all in on intimidate feats though, Intimidating Glare, Quick Coercion, Group Coercion, intimidating prowess. Could that be worth a +1 to her roll. Sadly, I don't see another way. If someone else had tried doing Evacuation I might have used their roll as an Aid attempt (unless it was a crit). You could, as always, Hero Point the roll

Marta manages to add more traps to the forest surrounding the town. However, she hears several traps going off and several screams of fright and pain. Later, she hears that Katrina blundered into a series of traps, setting them off in sequence. Katrina managed to repair and reset the traps she accidentally triggered but at the cost of two hours.

Yup. With her shield raised Astrid has a 35 AC. The first shot is a miss. The second one misses but the nat 20 converts that to a hit for 11 damage.

The shield maiden casually blocks one arrow as two others bounce off of her armor. She reaches out and knocks the closest undead to the ground.

Oops. I made a bit of a tactical error. I should have delayed my turn until after yellow in order for that trip to enable Kat to sneak attack. Is it too late to do that? If not, then no worries. Also it looks like that trip might be a crit which would mean that yellow takes 5 bludgeoning damage when he falls.

Also do I still need to make a fortitude save even though the archer's attack did no damage?

It appears I was also cross-eyed the night I posted that... I have NO idea how I made Astrid's AC 25... which is why I thought the first arrow hit... been scratching my head wondering what the heck happened there... :)

One arrow bounces off Astrid's shield but the rest go over her head. She kicks Yellow's feet out from under it, causing it to go down, slamming its head on the bridge.

Little bit late to take it back. No need to make the save since there was no damage done with White's attack. Red's attack is a different story, though :)
