Frowning as the girl's knee crumples under her, Ujio reminds himself that knees can be repaired, If the girl survives the 'covid virus.' Turning towards the young man, Ujio tried to remember his name, but was unable to. Instead answering, "Your welcome, I'm sure you would do the same." Looking down at the clawing girl, he shrugs. "I've no idea, just keep away from her."
As the nurse came out of her office, Ujio is relieved to see the professor coming down the hallway. At least the professor had some authority and it seemed like he was willing to take charge. Realizing the man was carrying an axe, Ujio frowned, especially when it appeared the Gaijin was going to kill the girl. Thinking "Cowboy" Ujio says nothing, instead, looking away he begins running, mop in hand, towards the security door.
Double move, run action. Are there any 'Covid Victims' between him and the security door? When he gets there, will he need to swipe his keycard?
"Mister Yutani, Please lock the doors." Adrian says. He aims for the neck.

Adrian points to the nearby fire case. "Matthew. Go to the firebox and grab the ax."
He nods and hurries over to the firebox. Dropping his briefcase, he opens the case and pulls out an ax for himself. He brings it back to see Adrian swinging his own ax.
The security room is about 100 feet from the nurses office. Likely more like 80 now. The screaming girl on the floor looks to be the only one infected. Nobody is even opening to see what is going on. Ujio quickly makes it to the security room after running. Tapping his key card to the electronic lock makes the light turn from red to green and you hear the lock turn. Within you see the security guard who is in the fetal position on the ground. You do notice some blood. You also see the big red button under a plastic cover, that should easily open.

There is no one else in the weightroom. With Barbells in hand, where do you go?
"My father always taught me to respect my betters Mr. Yutani," she says. Nikola runs, a lopsided affair, after Ujio. Following him down the hallway, Nikola nevertheless turns back to glance at the screaming girl. "You can't kill her!" she exclaims! "She's sick! What if you were her? She could be helped!"
Moving down the hallway, mop in hand, Ujio resists the urge to roll his eyes at Nikola. As he stops at the door, extending his key card on his lanyard he looks at Nikola, shaking his head. "Miss, I'm a Janitor, I'm no ones better."
Opening the door he looks inside the security room. Seeing the blood on the floor, he steps around the guard keeping his mop poised to strike. Trying to speak soothingly as he moves towards the button, "Stay still, if you are sick we will get help, I'm just locking the doors, there's been trouble."If not attacked Shifting the mop to his left hand, he reaches out with his right, to lift the cover and press the button.
Does he know the security guard? How is the security guard armed? Is there anything else in the security room that looks like it may be of use?
Ujio likely knows the guard in passing but both of them keeping their heads down never talked much.
The security guard has a night stick on his belt along with a radio and his key card on a pull string.
As the button is tapped several things happen, the doors all lock, the fire doors release and lock into place, the pounding on the outside stops, and the security guard slowly stands. The guards chest is covered in blood.
There are likely some nice things in the room including a med kit, a chromebook, and riot gear buy the guard looks bad as he slowly breathes.
Does the blood appear to be his own? Is he wounded or does it look like he was spewing blood?
Quickly stepping back out of the small security room, Ujio waived at towards the sick man, "Come friend, the nurse's office is just down the hall." As he spoke to the man, he made a mental note of the things in the room. Once this group was secure, he would need to check on his sisters. The chromebook could be used to keep informed, the med kit and riot gear would be useful if he needed to move to the other buildings through the covid infected. Looking back to the man, he realized first things first. Get the sick man to the infirmary then text his sisters and find out their situation.
Turning to the student, he gestures towards the security room. "Miss, once our friend is on his way to the infirmary, would you grab he chromebook? Maybe we can learn more about what is going on."
You believe he was spewing the blood, it could be someone else's blood but there is blood on his mouth and neck as well.
As Ujio turns to talk to Nikola, the secruity guard springs. He misses but does run into you hands groping for purchase on your body. His eyes seem to have a pale sheen to them and dark veins run along his body.

The guard tries to grab onto Ujio again but utterly fails and falls to the ground provoking two AoO for each of you. It would almost be comical if the situation wasn't so dire.

So zombie atacks are grapple (provoking) if successful bite attempt, while both are grappled. Right? Does the DC 14 for ujio include the - 2 already? Guess it really doesn't mater does it :)

Hearing the shuffling sound behind him, Ujio turns and swings the mop just as the security guard attempts to grab him. Escaping the man's grasp, Ujio is surprised that he continued his attempt. Swinging the mop a second time as he ducks away from the guard. Shifting his feet, Ujio brought the mop around and tries to strike the guard again.
And Ujio summarily drops the guard with the sweeping mop.

Meanwhile, Adrian and Matthew stand with axes over the girl, who luckily has stopped screaming and the pool of blood grows below her. Will one of them make the final swing?
"You served in the army, yes? I heard some staff talking about it. Veterans deserve respect Mr. Yutani."

Nikola squawks as the guard rises again, but Ujio seems to have it under control even before she can give some advice. She grabs the Chromebook and the med kit, but looks back at Ujio. "I'm sorry, I can not manage to carry the armor. It is too heavy for me. Perhaps it would fit you?"
Looking briefly at the girl Ujio reminded himself she wasn't Nippon. He didn't remember a lot about the military, but he did remember many officers and soldiers alike, who had no honor. Shrugging, realizing there were more important things to deal with other than philosophy, he remained silent.

Staring down at the guard, Ujio watched to see if the fellow would rise again. He couldn't think about the guard right now, dead or alive, he'd attacked them. Looking at Nikola, he shakes his head. "I need to contact my sisters. We will decide about the gear once we determine who needs to do what."
As he moves back towards the nurse's office, in a familiar motion, he tucks the mop under one arm, pulling out his phone. Selecting the 'group text' he used to send general comments to the girls he asked. "Where are you? Are you safe?" Hitting send, he began to think about the shortest distance from his building to their's.

Seeing the text from Ayaka, his brotherly instincts want to ask who 'Dom' is, but he resists the urge knowing that the focus has to be her safety. Taking a deep breath, he answers. Text: "Stay there, keep the door shut. Bar it if you can." Pausing, not sure how long they will be there, he adds. Text: "Do you have water? Which floor are you on? Does the M. Room have a water tap?" As he sent the text he was worried that Hikari had not answered, so he added Text: "Hikari?"
as he tucks the phone in his pocket, he decided they may need the security guards gear. Turning back towards the fallen security guard, he Carefully checks to see if he could feel a pulse. Rolling the guard over and removed the security belt with baton, radio and key card. Breathing a sigh he returns to the security room and collects the riot gear.
Once he's 'looted' everything from the security guard he heads back up the hall towards the others. Knowing he'll need a safe place temporarily, he calls out. "I need to see that my sisters are safe. Do you want to secure this building before I do that?"

Swinging the mop as the security guards attempts to grab him, he brings it back around and swings at the man again.

with a quick two strike, the best one hitting its head, drops the guard. No more movement. Checking his vitals the guard is not breathing, moving, and does not have a pulse. You are sure he is dead now.

The previous screaming girl coughs and moans but can't get up.
She puts the metal fire extinguisher down on the ground and walks over to Adrian. He boobs swaying as she walks. She oozes, "Thank you for coming to rescue me... us! Thank you! Thank you all for acting when you did."
He walks into the nurses office with the ax head sliding on the tile floor. A grinding. He goes and lays down on one of the beds after putting it on the ground.

Checking for a pulse, Ujio has mixed emotions when he realizes the man's heart is not beating. Collecting the man's security belt with baton, radio and key card, he returns to the security room and collects the riot gear. Once he's 'looted' everything from the security guard he heads back up the hall towards the others.
Rolling his eyes as the attractive nurse thank the Gaijin for coming to rescue her. Taking a deep breath, Ujio refused to be jealous, the professor was an educated man and would be a good 'catch' for any woman. Resisting the urge to list all the reasons he wasn't a good catch, Ujio turned his attention to informing the others of his plans.
Setting the security guards gear down on the floor, he speaks. "I need to get my sisters to safety. I am willing to help secure this building, so I know there is a safe place to bring them to."
Looking at the professor, who he considers the person in charge, he asks, "What do we do now?"
As he neared Ujio looked around for the student who had been attacked by the girl. Asking Nurse Clurrizon, "Where is the young man with the axe? I thought he may be able to wear the security guards riot gear."

"I think it would be more beneficial for you to keep the armor Mr. Yutani. You seem quite capable, let's get this building cleared out, analyze our resources, and begin rationing what we have. After all, the police may take quite a while to get to us if this is happening all over the country." She swallows hard, and then adds, "Or maybe the whole world."
Still curious about the professors opinion as to what they should do, Ujio looked towards the young NIkola. She was probably right in the sense that he may know how to use the armor better, but he doubted the students ability to keep himself safe. Breathing a sigh, he nods as she continues sharing her fears. "That may be so, but the students need the protection more than I."
He considers their situation, even if the police were not able to rescue them, he believed the wealthy parents of these children would hire the job done. He knew his father would. His sisters were too valuable of assets, married off to the right family for his father to leave them here to rot. He looks from the girl again towards the professor, then back. "Your ideas are good, we should make sure everyone is this building is safe, before we rescue the others. But I do not think it will be too long before someone is here to deal with the outbreak."
Remembering he had the security guards radio, he pauses lifting a finger to indicate a moment. Thumbing the radio he asks, "Is anyone there, we are in building four."

Kenzo will continue towards the common room. He grits his teeth and holds the two weights ready in case some crazed student comes out of one of the classrooms.

"Ahhhh! Nooo..." is the first response. The second response comes hysterically, "Well that was horrible they charged me when the radio went off. I got scratch and bitten. This is Atogi Norama security guard for building 5."
Yes some of the student lockers are in the common room most are in the academic buildings.
Kenzo gets to the fire doors and finds them locked.
Adrian walks into the nurses office as well. He looks tired and sweating, he puts the axe down as well and let's the nurse tend to him.
Nikola shakes her head sadly, and holds out her hand for the walkie talkie. She lowers her voice in an attempt to make herself sound older. "According to WHO guidelines online, apparently if you've been scratched or bitten, it's recommended that you lock yourself into a room. The first stages of the disease manifest as extreme nausea and lethargy, and occur rapidly when onset occurs, so you'd be in quite a bit of danger if you do contract it while out in the open. You'd be safer if you told us which room you were going to lock yourself into, and we'll clear the building, and then provide you with some food and water. The second phase of the disease occurs much later, and there are high hopes that it's treatable if caught before too much brain damage occurs." She slumps as she releases the button. "Once he tells us the room he's locked himself into, we should barricade it from the outside, in case whatever these poor people turn into are smart enough to unlock doors." She slumps even further down a wall, leaning heavily on it. "I just sentanced a man to death, didn't I?"
Atogi returns the call on the walkie talkie, "Okay, if I am correct I am on the fourth floor, service maintenance room on the East side. Oh I see a sign, Room 307. I will wait for support! Good luck!" You can hear the terror in his voice but apparently tries to stay positive.
As Ujio released the button on the radio he stepped over the threshold of the nurse's office. Distracted as he watches Miss Clurrizon tend her two patients, he does not respond as quickly to the guard on the radio as Nikola does.
Surprised as she grabs the radio, Ujio listens as she lies to the guard. His feelings divided, he would have done said something similar; having the guard lock himself in a room and tell them where he was so they could avoid him. But he would have had him lock the building down first but he would not have lied. The Gaijin girl had lied so easily, maybe it was that easy for most people, Ujio didn't know. As he considered it, he realized that at least the guard may pass easier with a little comfort, whether true or not, he at least hoped so.
Making a mental note of the guard's location, he watchs as Nikola slumps gainst the wall. Shaking his head 'no' "If he was bitten he will die anyway. The virus seems to work too fast, we would not be able to get him to a hospital in time."
Not sure what else to say he extends the 'security guard's belt' to her, "Here, take the belt, you can use the keycard if we get separated and the nightstick if we get attacked."
Setting the riot gear along with the med kit down on a counter in the nurses ward, he begins to take the mop head out of the metal bracket, thinking it would give a more solid blow. As he does so, he nods back into the hallway, "We should begin checking rooms, looking for anyone still well."

Kenzo looks to the left and right and then decides to try and go through the classrooms to the other side of the school in case the doors are open to the common room there. He moves and listens at the door to the classroom.
It appears there are doors between classrooms. I plan to cross to the opposite side hallway. I will listen at the door and then try and sneak through if I don't hear anything in there.

Ujio you notice that the walkie talkie had a hinge. Lowering it reveals a finger print pad on the side and a locked digital screen.
As Ujio offers the belt to Nikola he points towards the walkie talkie, "There is a hinge on the radio, I believe it reveals a fingerprint pad and a locked digital screen." He nods back towards the guard, "Before we start opening doors, we could use the guards fingerprint to unlock it."
Nikola nods, and stands back upright. There is more work to be done, despite her guilty conscience and her aching muscles. "What function could a radio have that's so important to keep fingerprint locked?" she asks, as she puts the belt on.
Kenzo walks up to the classroom and does not hear anything. He tries the door finding it locked as well. You could try throwing a dumbbell through a window, knock on a door, or try bashing though a door.
As Nikola puts the belt on, Ujio considers what they know about the disease. Concerned that either of her patience could become violent he informs the nurse, "Miss Clurrizon we are going back down the hall, we should leave the door open in case you need our help." inferring she could also run out if she needed to, he left that part unspoken.
Looking from the nurse to her patients, he considers one of the axes. Hefting his mop it felt more like a bow staff, which he was familiar with. Leaving the axes where they lay, he looks towards Nikola then begins to move down the hall to the guard's body.
Assuming the guard would use his right hand, he bends over the dead man, lifting up the hand, holding out the index finger. "We will try this one first."
She looks up from her patient and nods her head, as she quietly says, "Thank you for letting me know." Then with a worried look returns to her patients.
The fingerprint seems to be recognized as the screen comes to life. "Greetings new user, in the case of the emergency you have been granted access. Please press your fingers, yes all of them to the reader. Also please tell us your name. This is IDA, Individualized Digital Assistant, I am an artificial intelligence that will yry to help you survive this event. 65% of staff and students are infected... 64%..."

Raising an eyebrow as Nikola extends the odd radio to him. It had indicated to 'press your fingers' to the reader. Which meant it would be checking his finger prints. Breathing a sigh, meaning the AI would instantly know that he is janitor and not a security guard. Not wanting to offend the girls offer, he bowed a quick head-bob, and gives a quick "Hai" as he accepts the 'radio.' Knowing better than to bother lying, he arranges the 'reader' to put all ten fingers on the plate. "My name is Ujio Yutani."

As the AI verifies his information, Ujio gestures towards the administration office, "Shall we start there?" Moving towards the door with mop handle in hand, he listens for a moment at the administration door, before wiping his key card.

Nope it is part of the deep security of the school but with so many threats it has not been effective. It likely is an advanced version of a smaet phone.

Standing close to the door you hear some movement in the room and glass being crushed under foot.
The AI responds, "Finger prints found on file. Welcome Ujio! Granting emergency permissions. You may watch any of the security cameras. May I suggest you not go in that room. No active cameras in the room but the window was breached before lock down was initiated. Instead go down the hallway through the fire doors, a survivor needs your key."
Taking a house key out of her pocket, Nikola scratches a 危険 onto the door, meaning danger. Then, feeling somewhat foolish she adds the word zombie below it. "Would you like me to go back, get the professor to barricade this door?"
Raising an eyebrow as the A.I. acknowledges him, Ujio smiles as NIkola marks a warning on the door. Smart girl.' Shaking his head no, "No let the professor rest, your warning should be clear enough."
Pointing towards the doorway they'd just come through. "If I understand the AI correctly, there is a student that direction that needs help."
As they move through the first set of doors towards the second set of doors, he looks across the 'Commons room, looking for any movement.
Once he makes it to the northeastern 'fire doors' he nods to Nikola, letting her know he was ready. Keeping his mop at the ready, he swipes the keycard and opens the doors.
Nikola moved to one side of the door like she had seen SWAT teams do in movies, baton clutched in one hand. Fortunately, it didn't seem like she needed to do anything, which was good, she didn't think she'd be much help in that regard.
"If you are uninjured, go to the nurse's office. Make sure to follow the path we came from. Don't open any doors that you don't have to. Ms. Clurrizon can fill you in more. Be safe please." Nikola says. She scans the room for other things of note in this room.

Seeing the healthy young man standing with a dumbbell in each hand, Ujio cannot resist a slight smile. Raising an eyebrow as Nikola gives him quick instructions, he nods slightly. Thinking about one sister locked in a closet and the other somewhere unknown, "Yes time is of the essence."
'But one should never be in such a hurry to not be polite.' Turning towards the student, Ujio believed he recognized he athletes face, but he did not remember his name. Giving a light bow, "I am Ujio and this is Nikola, we are looking for survivors." He left out the part about clearing the building of the sick and gathering supplies.
Turning towards Nikola, he gestures towards the nurse's office back down the hallway past the double doors they had left open. "Nikola is right, Nurse Clurrizon is looking over two others. They are unbitten, but seem unwell. If you must rest you should join them."
He shrugs, remembering there were two axes in the room along with the riot gear. "If not grab one of the fireman's axes and join us." He looks at the young man's frame. "There is also the guards 'riot gear' if you would like to wear it."

Turning back to Nikola, he gestures towards the northeastern hallway. "We should check these classrooms and secure the door to the stairwell." Lifting the radio he asks the AI, as he moves to the first door."I. D. A. are the cameras in the classrooms and stairwell active?"
