If a 23 misses then I won’t be hitting much, up to you Malon!
Nala also moves closer to the wizard, maybe it can discourage an attack against him.

The 23 would have hit, but it has concealment--20% miss chance.

"I have an antitoxin but I don't know if it would help Gwendolyn to wake up", Miriel says to Keynala.
"...." replies Gwen.
There probably needs to be a heal check to diagnose the problem first as know one present really knows what's wrong with Gwen yet, as she's not really wounded.

”Just kill the quick bastard or we fail our mission and fail to help the guy they killed. Gwen will be fine. Probably.”

There definitely needs to be a Heal check to definitively diagnose Gwen's condition, but since the PF1e rules don't include a provision for anything like the PF2e Recall Knowledge action I arbitrarily decided that having any ranks in the skill would provide the basic knowledge that drugs exist that would induce a loss of consciousness without apparent respiratory distress. If Keynala wants to learn more than that generality she'll need to make a check.

Hera was keeping an aerial watch, but otherwise never declared an action. Was there something else she was going to do?

Well apparently there's no time to act without a readied action (there's no map reference or even a trail) so I wasn't sure what the question mark was for on your end. There's no target (at any particular distance) she could grapple with. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
| DM Carbide |
She acts before the quickling in the round, and could have readied an action.

Pending anything Hera does:
As the quickling returns, its speed enables it to dodge the attacks from both Miriel and Keynala. Malon's magic missile, though, staggers it, and it stops in melee range of the paladin.
Round 9:
Everyone conscious can act!

More perception checks! Taking 10 if able, just to keep the little guy honest.
EDIT If things get desperate, Hera can attempt to fall on the fey from a high enough vantage to incapacitate him. Just let me know when you are all unconscious. ;p

Nala darts forward and tries to backhand the creature with her shield, ”There you are!”
MW Light Shield: 1d20 + 9 ⇒ (10) + 9 = 19 for Bludgeoning: 1d3 + 4 ⇒ (3) + 4 = 7

Even staggered, the fey still manages to duck under Nala's strike.
Miriel and Malon to go!

Malon finishes off the quickling.
Out of combat! I'll post a detailed wrapup when I can use a real computer.

"Zzzz.... Zzzz.... Zzzz...."

Eventually Gwendolyn wakes up, fine but for a scratch and a headache.
The last quickling had the lorestone in a sack; the party is able to keep it under cover until well clear of the druid circle, preserving it from the destructive combination of sunlight and ancient magic. The journey back to Augustana is far easier than the trek from there, and the return to Absalom by sea is easier still. Venture-Captain Hamshanks snorts as you pass over the lorestone. "Took you long enough. Well done, I suppose. I also got word from the Andoran authorities--seems that little fey you put paid to had been terrorizing the forest, so good job with that, too." He idly turns the item back and forth, contemplating it. "Kreighton Shaine has been pestering me for days for news of this little bauble. Now I can finally get him out of my hair." The Venture-Captain mutters something under his breath, then looks up at you with a start. "Still here? Go get some rest--there's bound to be an assignment coming your way soon."
And with that we are done! Thank you all for playing, and I'll get the chronicles out as soon as I can.

Nala glares at the dismissal after all their efforts.
She stands, "Respectfully Sir, you aren't going to last very long as a Venture Captain if you treat your teams with such disregard. I will be filing a complaint with Human Resources. Good Day."
The half elf walks out and does indeed file a complaint.
With that nasty business done, she heads home where the chance of death is only moderate instead of extreme.
