A ragged male voice from behind the bar shouts "Thank the Dawnflower, I knew I'd be rescued!"
Precious notices a poorly hidden grey skinned humanoid hiding behind a table in front of the bar. Neely does not seem them in the darkness, but feels a menacing presence but is brave in face of danger.

It's currently dark in most of the windowless tavern. The yellow zone by the door normal light, the bigger grey zone is dim light.
Hieronymous Featherstonehaugh |
Hieronymous takes out his wayfinder and casts light.
He points his sword forward.
"Advance and attack this poor wretch's captors!"
Activates Golden Legion Epaulettes: You and each ally within 60 feet who follows that order gain a +1 status bonus to attack rolls, damage rolls, and saving throws against fear until the beginning of your next turn.
Benji Leafstomper |
Benji says "Hm. Darker than a hollowed out log at night time in here!" He grasps the wayfinder on his hip, which immediately begins to glow, then moves forward into the room, clicking his hatchets together in a familiar rhythm. ◆Activate wayfinder (targeted by level 1 light spell), ◆Stride, ◆Cast inspire courage.

The GrandMarshal puts up some light and inspires his allies.
Benjiis also puts up some light and inspires his allies.
As light fills the room quite a bit more runes are visible to Neely and the Grand Marshal.
Moving up the Benjii the strange grey skinned humanoid winces as they close with Benji, pulling the shadows around their weapon and swiping with their hatchet at Benji

Precious heeds grandpa marshal's words to advance. He charges across the rune on the floor! For Shivalryyyyy! I think the runes need to be Pointed Out by those who noticed them. Precious definitely walks over the one in front of the party.
Striking Lance +1, IC: 1d20 + 11 + 1 ⇒ (8) + 11 + 1 = 20

As is written in the Shivalry code, he probably makes the situation worse before making it better.

Despite the situation making her a little scared, Neely follows Sir Thimble into battle!
She takes the same path he does.

As previous charges a rune flares to life, duplicating his foe!
As Prcious charges in the original enemy ducks, but the duplicate is not so lucky and is run though and disappears.
Hieronymous Featherstonehaugh |
Hieronymous strides forward and closer to the enemy.
He addresses the enemy.
"You! Does your mother know you are here? A vivacious lady she was, from what I recall, brilliant and sparkling like a rainbow."
Bon Mot vs Will DC: 1d20 + 11 ⇒ (17) + 11 = 28
Gaining panache, he moves along the bar to help the prisoner, his light following with him.
Hieronymous Featherstonehaugh |
Critical Success The target is distracted and takes a –3 status penalty to Perception and Will saves for 1 minute. The target can end the effect early with a retort to your Bon Mot. This can either be a single action that has the concentrate trait or an appropriate skill action to frame their retort. The GM determines which skill actions qualify, though they must take at least 1 action. Typically, the retort needs to use a linguistic Charisma-based skill action.
Success As critical success, but the penalty is –2.
Critical Failure Your quip is atrocious. You take the same penalty an enemy would take had you succeeded. This ends after 1 minute or if you issue another Bon Mot and succeed.
Benji Leafstomper |
"Yeow!" Benji yelps in pain as the hatchet bites into him. "Yeah," he calls as the figure retreats, "you'd better run after that!" He continues clacking his own hatchets together in time, adding a new, ominous layer to rhythm as he stares at his retreating assailant.

With the flurry of attacks our heroes can drop the final foe!
Searching the bar reveals numerous valuable objects and assorted documents lying in heaps on top of two large tables in the elevated room towards the back
The items include assorted art objects such as statuettes, ceremonial weapons, and jewelry, as well as a few precious stones. Any PC who succeeds at a DC 15
Mmost of the items are mundane, and some of them are fake objects crafted to resemble items from ancient Iobaria.
The assorted documents include detailed tactical information on the Pathfinder Society’s lodges in Andoran, Cheliax, Osirion, Qadira, and Taldor, as well as the Grand Lodge itself, such as guard rotation schedules, pass phrases, entrances and exits, room dimensions, unusual features, dossiers on the lodges’ leaders, and timelines of recent events in those locales.
---
Eventually reporting back Seshuun is glad that you uncovered what you did, but is upset your enemies were able to get one over on the Sixwing Drake’s crew of Pathfinders in the first place. She expresses concern for the apparently missing crew, and hopes the Society is able to learn what happened to them.
At the Grand Lodge, Ambrus Valsin listens to your report. Based on the corpses and other information provided he believes that the Onyx Alliance is behind the attack and after learning of the shipment, stole it with the help of powerful enchantment magic to manipulate the crew and dockworkers, and then prepared to replace some of the goods in hopes of setting off some kind of disaster at the Blakros Museum.
"Whatever the the cause, I suspects their attack ties in with the similar disruptive events occurring at lodges across the Inner Sea, and the presence of detailed information on the lodges is only further proof that the Onyx Alliance is coordinating these attacks. Steel yourselves for the missions ahead, I hope to get you out there soon!"
Primary and secondary condition met, full treasure bundles (barely)
