Fexia should have been AoO'd as well, but at this point it looks like all is well!

A brutalized Fexia cleans herself off, then lifts the creature's front legs up and holds them over her shoulders like backpack straps as she prepares to head back.

The group has no problems getting the arabuk and come choice seasonings back to the homestead.

When the PCs return from hunting, Alora is ecstatic and promptly asks for help cooking. You can do so with a Profession (baker, chef, or cook) check, or a harder Culture or Life Science check. You get +2 for success in foraging and another +2 for calming Alora, as she can successfully Aid you. It is strongly recommended that exactly one PC perform this task.

Those who don’t help Alora cook dinner can instead attempt to spread holiday cheer and joy among the Cembars. You can use basically any skill as long as it makes sense, and will get a bonus for roleplaying. Options include:

* Walking the pet squoxes (Life Science or Survival)
* Hosting craft time with the young ysokis (Diplomacy or Engineering)
* Socializing with the adults (Bluff or Diplomacy)
* Playing games with the skittermanders and ysokis (Athletics, Bluff, Disguise, or Sleight of Hand).

Stiehle stays far away from the kitchen, the operative being much more familiar with take out than the oven. He utilizes his engineering skills in helping young ysokis build race tracks for the model cars to keep them occupied and out of Alora's hair.

Rex settles into the kitchen with Alora and begins working with her on dinner. While they work he asks for stories about Granny Cembar, as well as tales of how the various members of the family joined her.

A little homesick himself, he nonetheless puts his heart into the meal.

Fexia does a quick scan on the infosphere for holiday music to liven up the mood. She builds a playlist on Dotify, hooks it into the family vidgaming audio system and then...

Obo groggily gets up from the bed to the sounds of significantly less chaos than when you first arrived at the homestead. Shokil is behind a couch, practically invisible, especially to the ysoki children, who occasionally forget about him as they race cars along Stiehle's lovingly constructed track, only crashing a little bit. Hellih entertains Olive and Violet with a story about a ruby fawn*, keeping them from starting any more fires, and Fexia provides a mostly appropriate soundtrack. It is still chaos, but it is a joyful, festive chaos now.

Eventually, Rex and Alora emerge from the kitchen and call everyone, family or Starfinder, to the table. You gather at the long dining table, which is surrounded by colorful chairs and set with mismatched porcelain and cutlery. Alora sets out roast arabuk packed with apelos stuffing, mashed purple and blue root vegetables, stewed greens, sticky rice, gravy, and numerous pies. Before anyone is served, Alora asks everyone to take a moment to remember their loved ones, both lost and found. After a minute of silence, she invites everyone to enjoy the Reunion feast.

Upon returning from Akiton, you find Camellia waiting for you at the spaceport’s arrival gate, wearing a new holiday sweater and beaming with joy. They greet you by name and reiterate how grateful they are for your willingness to help everyone enjoy their holidays. As a token of their appreciation, Camellia offers each of you a gift: a glittering flower, much like the one upon Camellia’s head, that will never fade or wither. This blossom is a flower of celebration—a magic flower from the First World that enables them to share their sparkling spirit whenever and wherever they want.

And that's all, except for any final roleplay you want to do with the Cembars or Camellia!

*:
I have no idea if Ivis intended this, but in Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat, one of the lines in the song about the titular garment says it is "ruby and olive and violet and fawn", so this module keeps putting showtunes in my head.

Fexia is notably stoic at the call for remembrance... She lost many a friend in the Scoured Stars and is rather nervous to speak afterwards. When she finally does, she quickly transitions back to her confusion of holiday customs and quizzical inquiries about the definition of 'Holiday Cheer.' By the time she returns to Camellia she hangs her head in shame. "I regret to inform you, that I was unable to discover a source of 'Holiday Cheer' as a part of our mission. I shall-"

She's quite taken aback by Camellia's enthusiasm and gifts, and spends the next day trying to figure out what happened.
