Hi everyone, excited to be on board! Looks like a fun group.
Angahaar, I noticed that the player's guide suggests multiple characters with the Child of the Crusades trait should be related to each other. In our case a blood relation might not be possible, since Angahaar's family seem to be humans and dragons and Naomi's are gnomes and hags. But maybe one of his parents or grandparents was part of the band of crusaders that found Naomi as an infant, and she was told to look for the Scions of Terendelev when she arrived back in Kenabres?
I like that idea! His whole family are crusaders, though he’s closest to his uncle who’s now too old to campaign. Maybe his uncle found Naomi as an infant when they both were younger and offered her a place to stay with the Scions if she ever came to Kenabres.
That is something I wanted to discuss with the groups, as well. If you feel that you can’t make the traits work with the others, or don’t want to, feel free to pick another trait.
I don’t think I’ll be tying the traits to the mythic paths, so if you want to pick the trait that best fits your background, that would be better.
Also, I have Angahaar and Naomi added on discord already, would the last part of the trio, Shella, happen to have Discord as well? I think it’ll be nice to create a server to keep all the relevant non-post stuff in, as well as have a place for roleplay stuff that doesn’t necessarily need me to step in or be on the gameplay part.
I'm just fine with having a background connection between Naomi and Angahaar, even if it is a reinterpretation of the suggestion in the player's guide. Child of the Crusades works best for my background, and I'm glad to hear that you'll be untying the traits from the mythic paths. That's one of my only gripes with WoTR.
I don’t see any reason to force people to have to take that path to gain the full benefit of the trait. Background story is way more important to me than being forced to choose your mythic path, and shouldn’t be tied to character power.
Cool, then I think I'll swap to Touched by Divinity - both traits fit with her backstory, but her divine connection is probably more central and the dreams seem like they'd allow for some fun roleplaying opportunities.
That said, I'm still down for the connection with Angahaar! Thanks to gnomes' slower aging Naomi was born during the Third Crusade, so if Angahaar's uncle is now over 60 he'd have been just the right age to fight alongside the gnomes who took her in.

Can we implement the Elephant in the Room No Feat Tax rules? I really find they make the Pathfinder rules so much better. Basically, they remove some of the common feats that all martials have to take, and combine several others to make it possible to take other feats sooner or feats that otherwise you can never fit into your build. The first write-up is found here and it is pretty simple to use. It also means that most enemies we face also have these feats, which standardizes things and makes combat slightly more challenging, or at least balanced. The biggest change is that everyone basically gets Combat Expertise and Weapon Finesse, and can use Deadly Aim and Power Attack once they reach +1 BAB. Weapon Focus and other feats that require a weapon choice are with fighter weapon groups instead. And maneuvers are easier because there are only two improved maneuver feats, Deft Maneuvers (disarm, dirty trick, trip, reposition, and feint) and Powerful Maneuvers (bull rush, overrun, sunder, and something else I'm forgetting). Dodge includes Mobility for free, and Unarmed Combatant is both Improved Unarmed Strike and Improved Grapple.
Right! I had mentioned it somewhere, but yes. We will be using those rules. I won’t go through all the enemies and change much of anything, but I will let those enemies who don’t have the feats use them if it would make sense for them to do so.

Is Queen Elvanna or Queen Anastasia now in charge of Irrisen (so I can make appropriate references when required)? If you don't care, I'll just pick one and roll with it.
Mechanically, the White Haired Witch is terrible; any chance of stacking the actual Winter Witch archetype in, getting some hexes back, or at least being able to use INT for attack rolls with the hair like the prehensile hair hex?

Hello! I am said dwarven druid!
Raban is a Mbe'ke Dwarf Halcyon Druid / Sanctified Slayer Ravener Hunter (lunar mystery) Inquisitor of Shimye-Magalla (Desna-Gozreh), with the Touched by Divinity campaign trait (intending to become an Uber-Hierophant). He has a tiger animal companion. He will eventually be part druid, cleric, oracle, inquisitor, wizard, ranger, and rogue. The halcyon druid gives up both the animal companion and wild shape, which I have purchased back through the lunary mystery in the ravener hunter part of the inquisitor.
I have been meaning to finish Raban's backstory for a bit, but he is from the Terwa Uplands in the Mwangi Expanse and started learning to fight demons at the Magaambya before taking a trip up to the Worldwound to gain some field experience. He did not expect to be dragged into an all-out demonic incursion on his first day in Kenabres.
Heya! Angahaar’s a heavy-duty melee powerhouse, all about draconic might and righteous fury.
The Mbe'ke people have history with cloud dragons, so I'm sure we'll have plenty to discuss!
