Did Bella not hit the blinded and stunned white eyed clown? Not only does it lose its bonus to armor class but penalties for being blind and stunned do stack so it should be -4 to ac.

Kaya moves over to Viridian, granting the big warrior the special insight of her diviner's touch.

Pau continues to try to pummel the apparent leader of the opposition, but can't seem to get a blow past the man's defenses this time. I adjusted damage for the attack last round that I erroneously didn't record. However, this foe is not actually an Aspis agent, so doesn't benefit from the +1 morale bonus. Sorry I didn't catch this earlier.

Bella continues to badger her nearly-helpless foe with the rushes of her broom, only dirtying his outfit this time for the effort.

Viridian, you didn't include the +2 bonus Kaya granted you from diviner's fortune. In double-checking that, I see you also are including a -4 penalty, presumably for nonlethal. These weapons are designed for nonlethal combat; you don't need to take that penalty.

I only see one of your past rolls where that -4 changed the result--an AoO vs blue that was followed by a full attack that took him down--so there's not really a retcon to do, thankfully.

More importantly, I don't know who to target with your attack. Both color sprayed foes are affected by the color spray, and both are "up" in the sense of not being unconscious yet. Blue is unconscious; attacking him further (unless he gets healed) would disqualify you. We will use your existing roll (as a 16 to attack, not 10), but please let me know where you are going to move and who you are attacking; this isn't a choice I can bot for you.

Kaya, your movement isn't possible the way you show, there's a "wall" north of yellow that you can't move through. (I interpret that to be the open curtains bunched up at the side of the stage, which would indeed be impossible to move through.) Unfortunately, your action influences both Pau and Gwen, so I need you update your movement before I can resolve this round. You could use Acrobatics to move through the grease (DC 15), or through yellow's square (CMD+5), or through green's threatened squares (CMD), or just do something else entirely. Haste gives you enough movement for any of those options, even at half-speed. Yellow, FYI, is unarmed, so doesn't threaten any squares, but he's no longer stunned, so you still have to roll to move through his square; the penalty for failure would just be lost movement, no AoO.

Bella decides to grant the poor clown a brief reprieve, whacking the Warrior Woman on the bum instead for getting too close.

Pau and Gwen's actions will resolve with the next roundup post after Kaya adjusts.

As you begin assembling around the two stunned Aspis foes Kiang Zhen stands up and motions her arm in the air for you to stop. "That's enough," she says. "You've proven your worth."

She whistles, and the three aasimar from the opposing side come out of the wings and begin healing and waking your foes, escorting them to their dressing room. Kiang Zhen motions you to your dressing room as well.

When you get there, your tengu liaison is waiting for you. "Time for your costume change," she caws as she hands over a stack of black funerary robes. "Once you get suited up, throw these over your clothes; you’ll need them to enter the next event. Then head to the Petal District. You’ll know the way once you get there."

"DARN IT!" Gwen says in obvious disappointment. "I've always wanted to hit a Homer."

She pats her opponent on the shoulder to indicate no hard feelings, but the pat is enough to send the stunned man off the stage and into the trombone, flugelhorn, and bagpipe section of the orchestra pit.

As the party leaves a couple of drum sticks fall off a stand jounced by the other Monkey King, bounce tremulously off a snare then fall crashing onto a cymbal.

"Viridian is right, Pau. Looks like we're being ushered to the next trial."

Bella is handed a funerary robe and holds it out in front of her to get a good look.
"Oooh. How dreadful."
She says with a wry smile.
"I have just the idea for makeup."
After donning the robe, she goes over to the makeup counter and grabs a stick of black kohl. With the porcelain white clown makeup still covering her face, she enhances the black circles around her eyes to look like a skull's eye sockets. She then draws the nasal cavity of a skull on her nose and a set of teeth on her lips.
She turns to her companions to show them her handiwork.
"How does it look? Scary, I hope."

With the cowl of the robe over her head but showing her skull face, she stands stoically, points a finger at Varidian, then speaks in a sonorous voice.
"I Am Death. I Have Come For You."

She smiles and giggles with glee.
"Tee-hee! Pretty scary, huh, Varidian?"

**HOUSE GM ANNOUNCEMENT**

A crowd of black-robed mourners gathers in a small, grassy square near the edge of a cemetery within the Petal District. The assembly forms a procession, which winds through the cemetery to one of the oldest and most opulent plots. There, the entrances to an entire row of aging marble mausoleums stand open. Before each rests a coffin.

The procession stops, and a woman in the robes of a Pharasmin cleric steps forward. She approaches the various groups of mourners and, speaking in a solemn tone, requests each of them to hoist a casket and carry it into one of the mausoleums. Then she adds the following instructions: "This next competition is the final one of the qualifier. The Emissary lies somewhere in the catacombs below. All you must do now is seek him out and touch his robes. Good luck."

Then the woman nods and leaves, without further explanation.
