Yes definitely magical. But not aligned or cold-iron, if that matters.

1-06

Apologies again for the slowness

Whiskers is continues onto the wispy demon and does some more damage, but it is hard to tell with its wispy form.

The demon flinches at Whiskers attack and the light of day (bright light, as far as I can tell). But it seems to wait a moment before acting. In that moment, the singularly awake human (green) swings twice at Tsuan. (The second attack would be at Wiem if the first brings Tsuan down)

1d20 + 11 ⇒ (13) + 11 = 24 for 1d12 + 14 ⇒ (4) + 14 = 18
1d20 + 6 ⇒ (14) + 6 = 20 for 1d12 + 14 ⇒ (2) + 14 = 16

1d20 + 14 ⇒ (9) + 14 = 23
1d20 + 14 ⇒ (12) + 14 = 26

The wispy demon casts carefully and everyone is blanketed in darkness. It then seems to melt into said darkness. (READ THIS!: Okay, this is where it gets interesting. So, as far as I can tell it is the middle of the day. Meaning, as I stated earlier, it would be bright light. As such, deeper darkness lowers the light level down to dim light. Please correct me if I am wrong.)

(Also, the shadow demon stealthed with a result of a 26 to its new location (movement that does provoke from those adjacent that aren't flat-footed that succeed on perceptions). Everyone can roll a free perception check at the start of their turn to spot the shadow demon.)

"Good weapons should do as well as cold-iron, and they're immune to electricity Pai! Damnable demons"

"Gol DING it! Dad-blasted sons of--RRRRGH! WHERE'D THEY GO?!" Pai is so spitting mad that she doesn't even realize that she's censoring herself, much less how idiotic it makes her sound.

Where's one of those shadow demons? Pai doesn't care which one.
Perception: 1d20 + 12 - 3 ⇒ (14) + 12 - 3 = 23

Choosing her target, Pai lets out a roar of rage (that's too high pitched to be particularly intimidating) as she Gathers Power, then shoots a blast of water at the demon.

(Assuming she targets the sparkly demon, unless there's a closer one that she sees.)

Water blast vs. AC: 1d20 + 11 - 3 ⇒ (7) + 11 - 3 = 153d6 + 10 ⇒ (5, 5, 2) + 10 = 22
Empower Spell: 22 x 1.5 = 33 total damage
Includes Extended Range (120 ft; 1 point of Burn canceled out by Infusion Specialization), Metakinesis (Empower Spell), and 3 negative levels

Sigh. The dice are really playing into this narrative: lots of power but no control. At some point Pai's gonna have to realize that she's not a Barbarian.

"AAAAAAAAARRRRGGGGHHHHH!!!!"

There are no demons visible to Pai. That said, one of the humans is still up.

Whiskers does not smell any of the demons. I suspect that blast will end up blasting the last human, downing them and causing them to become a shadow demon like the others.

If the last human indeed drops, Whiskers will 5'over and try to attack it before it goes out of sight.

I doubt any of these will affect the demon, but not much else this round...apply to the human if he survived the blast...

Wiem Weems steps from the human turned shadow demon to cast a spell. Afraid the demons will continue to evade, the magus matches the summoner's magic.

I am confused, did Wembly's glitterdust target demon 2 or 3? Wiem will target the third before it has a chance to hide or ready to glitter the first non-glittery demon to come out of hiding.

Regardless of the demons state of sparkle, the grippli studies the once-ally, looking for a sign of life. Are the humans still alive now that the demons have left them? If so he will begin stabilizing them.

1-06

Will vs Hex: 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (20) + 7 = 27

Shadow Demon 2 was glitterdusted and ran off. Shadow Demon 1 is somewhere, possibly ran off, but doubtful. Shadow Demon 3 has just appeared and has not been glitterdusted.

Will vs glitterdust: 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (1) + 7 = 8

Pai blasts the last human and, as before, a shadow demon appears when it falls. Whiskers attacks the new shadow demon ineffectually as Wembly hastes most of the party. Noke gives the sleepy eye to the new shadow demon but it resists. Wiem covers the new shadow demon in glitter and seems to have blinded it.

The blinded shadow demon, like the last becomes a bit of a blur as it also flies quickly west.

Nothing else seems to happen...

So Pai didn't see the glitter demon because it was too far away to see, even with low light vision? Huh.

Pai's too angry to think straight. She shoots through the air after the sparkly fleeing shadow demons. Move action

Fly speed is 60 ft, so she can go up to 120 ft this round. If she sees a demon within 120 ft of her at any point when she still has a standard action left, she'll shoot a blast of water at it.

Attack roll, if needed:
Water blast vs. AC: 1d20 + 11 - 3 ⇒ (17) + 11 - 3 = 253d6 + 10 ⇒ (6, 2, 6) + 10 = 24
Includes Extended Range (120 ft; 1 point of Burn canceled out by Infusion Specialization), 3 negative levels, and the desperate hope that her only high attack roll in this fight isn't totally wasted.
