Good news it's not covid and I've now get penicillin and other medications, so I am feeling a lot better than I have been. Last night was the first night I actually got some proper sleep, so hoping for the same tonight. So things are looking up and hoping a full recovery is on the way.

I also play a monk now in a 5e game with my local gaming group, and I have to keep reminding myself that Webny's damage is based on STR in this game instead of DEX.

Well, if I fail the last recovery check, I can burn my hero point and stabilize... and I never learn... I shouldn't be charging in like that...

No worries shayla at low levels it is common to be dying. No biggie. As GM mentioned your initiative move to be right before the enemy so everyone can heal you. Overall it is a good idea to make your stabilization check-in a spoiler as now we know, that we could leave you dying for 1 more round if needed, as you did not crit failed your check.
Another thing, when you play a PC that you are not ready to lose you should keep 40 ACP ready, as at the end of the scenario you can resurrect your PC, but apparently you have to do it then.
For the record, Rangi is out of healing scrolls/spells. He could use Battle Medicine on Shayla but it is a gamble as he is out of Hero Points. The most important issue is that there are no spots to stand around Shayla.

Jak is also out of healing spells I believe, but can do Battle Magic or has other spells. To be able to use Battle Magic the medic must be adjacent to the injured party...

I do have 40 AcP ready. But I also have a hero point, which I could burn if I fail the last check. I also drank my healing potion earlier when I (foolishly) charged the Trollhound...

To bring the discussion of options over here, I'm thinking that maybe we should try to take a rest. Several of us are injured and I think all of the casters are out of spells (or almost out) beyond cantrips. If we do opt to rest, Pooka will cast Soothe on whoever is hurt the worst.
