The Waking Rune

Felix avoids swallowing or inhaling any of the ghoulish pus, and you all decide to avoid the sinister monolith. You proceed down the corridor to the south.

You follow the corridor until it comes to a T-junction. Stairs descend to a lower level, and from the junction another stair goes west whilst ahead of you the stair rises again.

He turns to Tsamara to raise his voice again when Djahan has to intervene by holding his own mouth and forcefully pointing to the western area.

The phantom is again silenced and against its own will is forced to comply.

After recovering the expensive-looking emerald ring, Djahan sends the phantom through the double door at the foot of the stairs. It returns a few moments later.

"It is the grand hall again. More statues stand around the circumference."

You can potentially go three ways from here: south down the corridor (technically the 'left-most' path), through the double doors into the great hall, or you could try to go up the shaft above the carrion pile somehow. In the absence of dissenting views I'll assume you go down the corridor and move you on in 24 hours or so.
