Nope, no longer on fire or sickened, sorry. I neglected to update my master doc correctly.
Ithuriel fires twice at the elemental, striking once and creating an opening for his bear to maul the creature. Toanthel, meanwhile, strides into the flames and destroys the elemental at the center of the smoke with one crushing blow.

I needed two saves from Knab: one for the exploding tree (DC 17) and one for starting your turn in the fire (DC 18). You rolled a success on the DC 17 save vs the tree, which means you took 1 piercing and 2 fire. I'll roll your save vs the fire here:

Knab pats out the flames, ending the stream of sickening black smoke from his smoldering clothing, then strides towards the monolith. Emdi, meanwhile, patches up some of his wounds, then fires successfully at the remaining elemental before striding out of the fire. Fangor, meanwhile, casts a healing spell that washes over the battlefield, healing the wounds of friend and foe alike. I don't see Selective Energy or any such in your character profile, Fangor, so I think your spell would heal the elemental as well. If there's something I'm missing, let me know.

Ignoring the heat of the flames, the Pathfinders gathered around the monolith successfully disrupt the runes enough to disable the monolith (Knab and Toanthel can get the remaining two successes needed with Assurance)! For a moment, the monolith glows white hot and everything goes silent. Then, suddenly, a massive column of fire shoots from the stone up into the heavens, seeming to draw all of the heat of the surrounding fire with it! It cuts off as suddenly as it began, the stone cracking and crumbling into a pile of cold rubble. What little is left of the forest fire quickly burns itself out, and even the sap burning on various Pathfinders and animal companions seems to have been drawn into the great pillar of flame, too.
Out of combat! No need to worry about further persistent damage, and you have plenty of time to heal up and recover. What would you like to do next?

Traveling through the forest to the north of the river, you stumble upon a clearing that shows signs of fairly recent habitation. A cold fire pit stands near the remnants of a lean-to, in the lee of a large boulder to one side of the clearing. In the center, a wide, flat stone, several meters across, stands knee-high.
