Hmm...we should soften him up with arrows first...I'll go ahead...see if you can poke a few holes in him, Myth... Rallas says as he moves forward, blade out. He prepares for when the undead king charges.
readied attack: 1d20 + 15 + 1 ⇒ (9) + 15 + 1 = 252d8 + 7 ⇒ (8, 4) + 7 = 194d6 ⇒ (6, 3, 1, 3) = 13
unsure if sneak attack applies to my readied attack...added it in case it does...add +1 damage if it does and the attack hits for studied target

After Rallas, Klaus moves down the cavern steps. Stepping past Inga's light, he sees the headless king at the far end of the chamber. He then gets behind a cavern wall, out of sight(?) of the headless king, and waits.
| GM supervillan |
Myth stalks forwards and looses an arrow, piercing the headless king's side. It's effective, but not as much as Myth expected. DR
Grunjar invokes Desna's blessing.
Inga can't yet see the draugr, but Klaus slopes off, hoping to outflank it perhaps.
Improbably, a rasping voice emanates from the headless corpse. "Why? Why do you torment me still, dragon?" The draugr advances, but stops short of Rallas' waiting blade. A cold mist rises, obscuring the draugr from view.

I forgot to post this earlier before combat...
Before moving further into the cavern towards the sounds of combat, Inga taps Klaus and herself with her wand of Protection from Evil, then stows it away in her handy haversack.
---------------------
With her hand on the icy cavern wall for support, Inga makes her way down the cavern steps.
"Ugh. Why did I wear these pumps in a dungeon? 'Oh, they're so stylish and pretty. So nice to wear on this excursion.' By the gods, Inga, what were you thinking?”
She runs into a fog bank then makes her way along the cavern wall, avoiding the fog. She pulls out her wand of shield as she makes her way along the wall.
Klaus? Where are you?
She calls out.
I was hoping to Identify the draugr for everyone, but, there's just this mist now and it's obscuring everything.
Spellcraft: 1d20 + 10 ⇒ (3) + 10 = 13
"Hmm, I wonder what it is."
She readies her wand to cast it on her phantom when he appears.

Here I am.
Klaus says as he steps out of the mist, giving Inga a startle.
She says the command word as she taps Klaus with the wand. A bluish white shield of force hovers in front of the phantom.

Grunjar tries to identify the cold mist.
Spellcraft: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (18) + 5 = 23
"It's Obscuring Mist!" he shouts out. "I cannot dispel it, countess, but if you're gonna try I'll ask Desna for help!"
Shall Inga dispel it? I have no idea if that would be a good tactic - too little experience as a player at medium/high level in Pathfinder... Please advise.
Before Grunjar acts, he waits for the actions of Lucifer, Ryu and Myth (who might want to delay or ready an action if Inga decides to dispel the mist).
@Inga: Didn't you say you can also see through Klaus' eyes? He saw the draugr in Round 1...
Edit: Mooted by Inga's post in Discussion.

With dispel magic being a 3rd level spell, I'd rather save it for a real nasty effect. Although, it doesn't seem like we're on a time limit here. If ya'll think we have the option to rest overnight after this battle, then I'm good with dispelling it. I was also thinking of hasting everyone, too. Decisions, decisions. I also have Junia that can cast one spell off the Spiritualist's list, but, once she casts it, she goes away. She's been just so awesome to have around, I'd hate to lose her.

After Inga taps Klaus with the wand, they both hear Lucifer panting as he darts down the cavern passage in the direction of the headless king.
As the little wayang runs into the shrouding mist towards the sound of battle, Inga and Klaus hear a small thud! and a high pitched yelp from the wayang as he runs into a cavern wall.
Inga and Klaus both look at each other with that "Oh, s#it!" look, then start chuckling.
Oh! That poor little guy.
She says, covering her mouth to hide her laughter.

Lucifer tries to get past the headless king, but as he moves through the mist the king's axe strikes out...
AoO vs Luci: 1d20 + 20 - 3 ⇒ (20) + 20 - 3 = 37damage: 3d6 + 12 + 9 ⇒ (4, 5, 5) + 12 + 9 = 35

So sorry, Lucifer, that's 103 damage and 3 negative levels from the crit inflicted. This is a dangerous enemy.

With a little help from Desna, Inga dispels the fog and reveals the Headless King. At the draugr's feet lies Lucifer, his body broken and his soul departed.
Once she gets a good look at him Inga confirms Grunjar's opinion, but can offer no more than that a headless draugr is exceptionally rare and possibly unique.
Myth opens fire. One arrow strikes home, the other bounces off the king's armour. But the blunt arrow serves better than the pointed one did.
The mist departed, Rallas employs his blade. It proves more effective than Myth's arrows, but the Headless King still stands.
"Cease your torments, serpent!" the Headless King's voice laments as he swings his deadly axe again...

Additionally, I really, really hope that (if the king is still not dead-dead after the attacks from our samurai) Ryu will succeed at the trip combat maneuver - with a little help from my friend (e.g. bit of luck from Desna).
It would make it easier for Rallas to hit - confirm a possible crit, too - and if the king tries to stand up he would provoke one AoO from each of our melee fighters.
