You have recently gotten off of a load of rough work for the Starfinders and are looking to relax. For one reason or another, you find yourself as far away from the lorespire complex as you can get, on one of the outer arms of Absolom Station, and you realize you are near the 'Seeker's Respite.' While this bar is willing to serve anyone, it is unofficially one of the 'Starfinder bars,' on Absolom station. Somewhere where Starfinders can go and vent their frustrations or just unwind with like-minded individuals.
Entering the bar, you see that today is particularly lively. A halfling with a replacement arm is tending bar, and you see:
1) you see there is a new mechanical bull that has been installed in one corner, only it doesn't seem to be a bull but a giant lizard in shape.
2) There seems to be some slight hazing party for a new initiate who just completed his commencement.
3) There's a small get together in the back with a retirement party for another Starfinder who is loudly asking what they are going to fill their time with.
4) Tara Nova and Jasmine, two iconic starfinder vidgamers are trying to drum up some people for a six player, two team videogame tournament over at the arcade section of the bar. (They Tara and Jasmine will be on opposing sides)
5)It seems someone has brought out the old Karaoke machine and hooked it up, though no one is currently using it.
6) At one table several starfinders are loudly laughing and telling tales of how even the most innocuous missions have gone completely sideways.
Please give a brief physical description of yourself and tell me what you'd like to do at the bar.

A sandy-haired halfling with impressive sideburns arrives. He is wearing a worn leather coat over his envirosuit; tucked under his arm is a large sidearm in a holster. He tows a reinforced cask behind him on a hover-dolly.
Owen comes from a large family of halfling brewers. Perhaps the bartender is a cousin? If they are, Owen will greet them with a hug, and leave his cask behind the bar.
He will get himself a large drink and go introduce himself to the starfinders sharing stories (#6).
"A round fer ev'ryone on me! Who'se got a good story?"

Owen arrives, hugs his second cousin once removed, and then joins the Starfinders bemoaning their missions just as a Ysoki is finishing up her story.
" . . . so there I am, have this gal all tied up after her goons tried to kill us, and the gal says to me, she says . . . 'how did you Starfinders track down the indestructible datapad to the Veskarium, let alone Toshi Station? We hid our tracks so well!' and I 'm like 'Lady! My grammy Fitch just sent us here to buy some dang power converters! If you hadn't attacked us, we wouldn't have known about you at all!" With this there is much uproarious laughter and lots of clapping and jeering. "Anyway, I drew the lucky straw so I got to go down to the bar while the rest of everyone is finishing up with the post-mission paperwork and stuff."
After Owen declares he is buying the table a drink everyone pats him on the back and thanks him. They then usher him into a chair and demand he tell a story of his own about a mission going sideways.
You can choose to roll a skill check related to a mission, so like a mission about encountering alien technology might be engineering or computers, while a hunting safari might be survival. If you want to do a good job role-playing it up I'll give you a bonus. If you site a particular chronicle, make sure to put it into spoiler tags so that people who haven't played that adventure don't get spoiled.

A rather tall and well-built kasatha walks into Seeker's Respite. He walks to the bar order a drink and turns around to see what is happening. His long grey hairless head turns from side to side to find something interesting for him to do. He carries loose robes of dark red color with a symbol of a six-arm dragon. His mouth is traditionally covered by a piece of clothing of matching color. On his belt there are no firearms, he carries only a starknife and a long chain. On his back, there is a large shield with the same six-arm dragon symbol.
Next to his head floats a constantly moving mote of darkness, it looks like it could suck everything inside yet it does not seem to interfere with the surroundings. When the drink arrives Vecro takes out a metal straw which he puts into the glass while the other side he puts under his face clothing into his mouth.
"That Lizzard over there is operational?" he asks the bartender
"I would like to try it out."

As Vecro approaches the 'bull' he finds that is in the image of Castrovellian megafauna called a 'Rendroka.' (essentially a T-Rex) There is a small plaque next to the ride reading "A small token of our gratitude to the Starfinders for their efforts at Rendroka conservancy. -Esowath Conservancy "
Just as Vecro approaches an akitonian man gets off after a successful romp. You notice he is former first seeker candidate Avor Stelek. He nods to you.
"She's all yours! I tired her out for you," he jokes.
You can attempt to ride the Rendroka with an acrobatics, athletics or relevant profession check such as profession athalete or cowboy.

QQwaan is tall, even for a Vesk. He has many frills, scutes, and spines that are hard to imagine in a single species let alone for a single person. Highly polished subtympanic scales speak to a high degree of fashion.
A monocle dangles from a string that disappears into an impressive beard. The eyepiece has no glass but all the markings of a holographic overlay sight system. He leans on a big stick of some red alloy, topped with several crystaline spikes.
"Retirement whatwhat? Who should be so brave to leave the dangers of space and exploration and adventures to sit in a leather-back chair writing about dangers and exploration and adventures?
As an old adventurer himself he will toff his top hat and offer good wishes to the party of honor.

The crowd around Owen's table bursts into applause and everyone cheers and a few starfinders buy him the next round. Soon enough another Starfinder is telling the tale of some sorted adventure that started off innocuous but soon went off the rails.
Meanwhile Q'Qwaan sits down with an aging Ysoki. "Is that the famous Q'Qwaan? Name's Jibbs," he says gruffly as he extends a mechanical hand to shake. You suddenly realize that he is badly scarred and that all of his limbs, (arms and legs) are cybernetic. "Yeah, I decided to take my pension and retire after I lost my last appendage, my left leg, to a crazy cultist with a dushko and a bit of luck. Writin' huh? Well, I admit, it is temptin' but I twernt never much with words. Honestly, I dunno what I'm going to do with my free time now that I'm retired. Gotta keep active they say."
You can attempt a diplomacy, bluff, or profession check to try and interest him in a hobby you think he might like.

Heavy, slow footfalls are heard as an imposing figure enters the building.

Now near the bar, the figure can be seen to sport a massive suit of slate gray enforcer armor decorated with graphics, including the logo for the Absalom Cavaliers, a semi-pro brutaris team.
A gold visor lifts, and reveals an amused, almost goofy, smile. "One Castrovelian Sunrise, please. I'm here to sing some karaoke!"

The figure strides over to the karaoke machine. "Give me that mic, and cue up Space Truckin' by, uhh, that Drow group from Apostae--Deep Purple?"

"Mechanical are nice, but for my experience you can find better. You could grow your own. The regenerative powers of the fence lizards are renowned, but it is not unheard of in even the mammals. It is all about finding the right alleles."

A shirren enters the 'Respite', a full-faced helm tucked under one arm. Dressed in comfortable loose-fitting casual attire, an over-stuffed backpack is draped over one shoulder while the hilt of a longsword pokes above the other. A pistol is holstered at his hip.
Antennae twitching, he pauses to look around, taking stock of the current happenings around the bar. Biding his time, he seems to be savouring the decision-making process.
Antennae twitching to a halt, he appears to reach a decision and heads for the renkroda machine. Dropping his backpack to the floor, he rests a hand on the plaque, running a finger over the message as he recalls the mission to Castrovel.
"That'sh some goohd ridinhk," he says aloud to Vecro, his mandibles clacking and waving. "It looksh fun. I hope I dohn't embarrassh mysself."
The shirren climbs aboard the replica beastie and holds on as best he can.

Q'Qwaan is able to chat with Jibbs and convince him to maybe spend some of his new free time looking into new bio-engineering research.
Vecro meanwhile gives a good performance but in the end the mechanical Rendroka is just too much for the Kasatha and he is thrown off. Everyone still cheers for how long he lasted and offers him another round or beer.

Vedrir lands on his back and looks at the ceiling of the place. Under his mask, he smiles broadly. As he leaves the arena he thanks for a beer and throws to the shirren.
"Thanks, may Eloritu grant you insight into its movement. It can surprise." He pats him on the back as he joins the crowd looking.

Chk'tarlsh slides from the mechanical renkroda's back and drops to the floor. The shirren's antennae twitch self-consciously and he acknowledges the crowd's attention with a small wave.
"Thanksh for the blesssinhksh and advishe," he says to Vecro. "I'm Chk'tarlsh," he introduces himself on his way back to the plaque, where he scoops up his belongings.

A half-orc sitting near Tara and Jasmine is happy to join in the game. For a moment, he is almost easily mistaken for an android, as his head and the rest of the green skin that is visible is covered in luminescent circuitry tattooes. A series of metallic nodes along the center of his shaved head, reminiscent of a mohawk, flash with periodic multicolored lights. As he smiles, your realize his teeth are also metallic, with embedded lights flickering there as well. His left eye is replaced with an obvious cybernetic implant.
He wears a heavy suit of armor, which is decked out with black metal plates and leather panels, looking somewhat in the style of some lighter armor used by holocycle gangs. He has a kanto strapped to his back, as well as a couple of rifles sticking out of a starfinder backpack.

Well, seeing as Flenn hasn't responded within two days we'll just start with the next bit of the adventure and we can retcon in his actions later.
As the Starfinders are all having fun and relaxing, suddenly there is a large blast and all the safety glass of the bar is shattered and blown in. It takes everyone a second to get their bearings, but you hear gunfire and more explosions going off. Everyone's Starfinder training kicks in and they start grabbing fire extinguishers or weapons to fight off enemies. For your part, you realize that the blast came from outside, and as no one is taking the lead on heading out, you decide to, if only to secure the area.
Outside you see three vesk with sniper rifles down the street and they are firing on a young Bantrid starfinder you recognize, named Narbal. He's pinned down, not great for the constantly moving Bantrid. Then the vesk see you and some adjust their weapons to aim at you.

After leaving the bar Vecro reaches to his mote. After he touches it with his hand the mote begins to flow through his body forming a constantly moving layer on top of his armor. Then he moves forwards staying close to the bar wall as he reaches for his Riot Shield.

"Looksh like we'll need a raincheck on that drinhk," Chk'tarlsh calls to Vecro as chaos descends on the bar.
Sliding his new rifle from his bundle, he slips his backpack over his shoulders and follows Gustav into the street.
Taking a moment to orient himself, the impact from the vesk's attack alerts him to his opponents' direction. (Thermal Capacitors armour upgrade grant Resistance 5 to cold/fire if applicable here?)

Apologies for being absent ... the last few days have been a little unexpectedly hectic.
Flenn is playing the vidgames when all hell breaks lose. "Bloody Maelstrom!"

He makes for the door, pulling his kanto instrument from his back and strumming some notes. As he does so, two things become evident: a small port on the end, which makes it clear that the kanto is actually a sonic rifle, and a spear mounted to the rifle by a bayonet.
Seeing the vesk attacking, he calls out in vesk,
As he hurls vesk insults, Flenn also orders his exocortex to begin telemetry on the northmost vesk. He brings the kanto up and swipes his fingers across the strings, sending a blast of sonic energy blasting toward the target.

Gustov and Vecro run forward and try to get ready while Chk'tarlsh takes a prone firing position and hits one for a decent shot in his armor. The Shirrin's armor absorbing a little less than a quarter of the blow, and his mighty bug-like constitution fighting off the radiation surge to his body.
Flenn fires off a shot at another while shouting an insult. He just barely manages to wing the vesk for some damage, despite the range.
Pink shouts back in vesk as they charge down on the prone Shirin.

Assuming Owen had an action to activate his solarian armor before being teleported outside, into a firefight.
Owen, seeing everyone leave the bar, sets down his third drink (empty) and picks up a fourth. A shimmer of dark blue-purple energy surrounds him as he trots outside into an already hot firefight. Seeing Narbal pinned down he shouts "Hang on, Narbal! I'mma commin! INTERPOSITION!!!" and charges (run action) down field, beer held up in expert position to not spill a drop.

"Ho Ho! Let me show you a little about honor kis ploch." Q'Qwaan touches his monocle while quoting ancient vesk texts. The eyepiece glows, then the light shimmers over his whole form. As he steps forward the light leaves an outline of the tall vesk. Another step toward the cowards another outline forms around him. The outlines follow Q'Qwaan, turning into images of him as he draws his doshku. "kis PLOCH!"

The damage from Blue's sniper rifle was completely absorbed by Owen's solarian armor.
Apparently disregarding the vesk in front of him, Owen locks eyes with Red, releases a dangerous looking pulse of gravity from his armor, and says "!---------------!" - a phrase too caustic for print in any decent public forum!

...and follows up by raising his free hand then clenching it into a fist. A envelope of blue-purple gravity smothers Red!

Seeing the battle turning in the Starfinder's favor, the Bantrid wheels around and provides a flanking partner for Vecro
The blue vesk puts two and two together about what Owen is doing to his friend and show's "Hey, stop that!" He then presses a button on his com unit.
