"Huh, wasn't that door unlocked just a moment ago? That simply won't do." Ono says as he fishes out his lock picks and sets to work on the door.

Ono hears the sounds of the lock clicking nicely.
Our Agents are here to investigate the Missing Persons. Your clues gathered at the underground Speakeasy led you here to talk to Pratchett, the owner of The Dreaming Palace. His employee, Raslo, seems to have disappeared and there is no sign of Pratchett. Time to explore The Dreaming Palace! Explorations modes and place Tokens in front of the next Room to be explored, please.

Watanabe does what a wizard does. He doesn't detect any magics.
The door is now unlocked and nonmagical.

Father Emmett proclaims nothing will happen if someone actually wanted to open the doors....

Search
”I just like to maintain exit routes. Wasn’t feeling good about the locked door. Anyway, with that taken care of, I think it’s time to execute our search warrant. I seem to recall walking past some rooms that weren’t on the schedule tour.”
Ono starts walking in the direction of one of these doors, ready to check this place out.

With axe in hand, I open the door near Ono.
Agents of Edgewatch! We're on official business! Hands up!
I feel like we've been in this f*cking hotel for a month and I'm ready to stir the pot

Ono stalks off to look forlornly at a previously closed door. Previously, because our dear (weird) Father Emmett boldly stumps over to said door and abruptly opens!
Family Room
This room is packed tight with a full-sized bed, a smaller children’s bed, a crib, and a dresser with a stuffed fabric goblin sitting atop it. The candy-striped walls are lined with pictures of clowns and happy-looking animals.
This room is reserved specifically for families traveling with young children. At the moment, the room is inhabited by the Kerenhelm family (female and male dwarf miners ) from the Five Kings Mountains: father Shamus, mother Rella, and young children Beryl and Malachi.
Mother Rella screams and grabs her children, as her husband Shamus slings his suspenders back and up over his night shirt.

Ono looks at Father Emmett and silently mouths “Bad Cop, Bad Cop”, nods, then turns to face the person of interest.
”You heard the man, hands in the air! No funny business if you’re not looking to spend the night in lock up!”
Ono’s mere glare is enough to (potentially) terrorize intimidate convince any hooligans thinking about said funny business that such business would in fact be bad business, and also a really bad idea.
Intimidation: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (17) + 5 = 22
I typed this out before the last post was there…
| Miss Canella |
Miss Canella goes into the reception area and looks around to see if she can find anything on the missing people. She then goes over to where Father Emmett and Ono are. She walks into the room.
My name is Miss Canella. I am so sorry about the way my comrades are acting. We are looking for some missing people. Have you seen anything suspicions? Maybe some of the missing people?
Miss Canella shows them some pictures.

Your DM forgot (again) how to open the doors for you players....
| Ono. |
Unfortunately, Roll20 kinda sucks and because the map was created with lighting and collision enabled, then the "premium" subscription status lapsed, you can't get back to the lighting and collision layer to edit or remove walls. That said you can just move our tokens through he doors as needed. Best I got for ya at the moment. :/

I see. Well isn't that special....
Minkai laborers?!? What the f!*$ s&*@ turds ov un proper Agents ye be! Git out you crazy turds!
Father Emmett and Ono both truly believe that this particular family may be innocent of anything to do with the missing persons. Most likely just a family visiting a popular festival....
Miss Canella and her dutiful husband proceed to open the newly unlocked doors. leading back into the Main Lobby. Both peer into the room and notice not a creature is stirring; not even, a mouse...err...1/2 orc.
Hearing some verbal frustrations being loudly voiced by Father Emmett; both Watanabe and Miss Canella look at each other thinking the same thing, as they go see what is going on....
Arriving at the exact moment that a dwarf is shouting right back at the pair of Agents, Watanabe and Miss Canella look into the room. They see a dwarven family (a dwarven mom crying and shaking, a dwarven girl sobbing and apparently pee'd her pajamas and a dwarven boy lying curled up into a ball, shaking and mumbling with his thumb in his mouth).
Miss Canella attempts to calm things, but, her and the wizard truly believe that the only humane action would be to just shut the door; and, perhaps, keep investigating elsewhere....
Ok. Place you Tokens in front of any door(s) that you want to enter. Post a Perception check if Exploration Mode is Searching to speed things up...

Miss Canella is scouting.
Miss Canella walks over to the small room next and knocks on the door.
Hello. Is there anyone in here?
