Tuskl rushes in and past Red (drawing an AoO) into a flank with the monk, this time taking only a single swing, 2 handed.

But he is still completely ineffective.
And then depression sets in. His weapon lowers and his face sags as he misses yet again. On a zombie, no less. The shaman in his village used to animate corpses for his buddies and him to practice on. It was unthinkable to miss a zombie like this.

The double doors are untrapped, and Red hears nothing at them.
Opening the doors reveals an L-shaped room with a strange statue in the SW leg of the L. The statue depicts a half-snake, half-human creature with the lower body of a coiling serpent and the upper torso of a (mostly) human female. The differences from humanity include the six wings, and a disk containing a seven-pointed star in place of its head. Its crossed arms hold a quill and a whip, and the entire statue is covered with verdigris. Under the green patina, the faint outline of runes can be made out.
