My mistake, that 32 did hit xyxy, I just kept seeing low rolls and melee for the readies and missed it.
Xyxy was prepared and fired at its tail as soon as he saw it.
Ivy catches the dragon while it is flatfooted and shoots its paw.
The dragon is desperate and running out of decloaking, so he flaps his wings there in the air and drinks another potion hoping his resources outlast all of yours healing: 6d8 ⇒ (7, 8, 1, 7, 6, 5) = 34 he was down to 2 HP before he drank that potion
