Setting
Set in Salt Lake City, Utah, there are a few things to be known. There is a large number of Acolytes in Salt Lake City, due to the Mormon factor. However, Shadow touches this city as much as any other city in the world, bringing forth elves, dwarves, kobolds, and whatever else.
The shadowkind, as they are called, largely keep to themselves. However, the Unified Police has trouble policing them, so they created Department-7 so they could police the Shadowkind.
