I've never heard anyone having this understanding of the rules... and I'm playing since season 3 and have been to thousands of conventions.

Correct. You can't 'split' the cost of the Raise Dead (at least with PP), but someone can pay the full cost of a spell.

Raise Dead: 5450gp *or* 16PP.

Restoration x2: 1280gp x2 *or* 4PP x2.

Total cost is 8010gp, split five ways that is 1602gp.

However, two people can reduce their 'share' by springing for the PP cost for the Restorations.

That reduces the 'cost' to those two, to 1602 - 1280 = 322gp (plus 4PP).

I'll just pay the gold. No PP payment for me.

As a GM I have some leeway with the written tactics. When I need to make a judgement call, because the situation is out of the written tactics, I change the tactics following the interest and intelligence of the creature. In this case, the demon denied its sneak attack could see anyone and have only one target accessible, Aurus.

I could have casts darkness first, just to be sure to kill you all, because it would have been in the written tactics During Combat The babaus work independently of Arastrax’s tactics, and work in conjunction to provide one another as many opportunities to sneak attack enemies as they can manage. If denied sneak attacks, the babaus cast dispel magic to remove their targets’ beneficial spells or ready to counterspell healing or attack spells cast by their enemies.

As written, it says the babauS so, when only one is standing, this written tactics is null.
I think I have been a quite fair and understandable GM for this game.

Now, I will send a PM to Aurus to ask him for his decision.

I'll pay the gold as well. As it was a joint decision to play up, I think it's fair to share the responsibility.

Alright, finally found Aurus' sheets - took a little bit of digging. I got the gold to cover both the raise and the restos, so while donations are always agreeable in the eyes of Apsu, if someone wants to make a smaller donation in order to get some sweet piece of gear, Aurus would find that agreeable, especially on the grounds that it would put someone else in the front lines more.

I think everyone is ready to chip in.

I'm volunteering to run the next scenario. If people could make sure their PFS tracker info is up to date, I'll pick something nice! :-)

Looking at the available scenarios for Aurus, Cloudia and Travail (as I can't find Jack or TNemrok) reveals The Pallid Plague as an option.

Might be a bit too close to current affairs.

I can play The Pallid Plague or any scenario in CORE because i can replay 30 scenario in PF1... (not counting my stars)
I'm not on PFS Tracker, because I'm on the equivalent of the French one who exist since season 0.

Any of those or the Pallid Plague is fine with me.

Remember that if you do a replay it has to be filled out a little differently. Right? I heard that was the case but have yet to go through the process.
