Sorry about not posting for a while. My Paizo account hasn't been registering the new posts. It was only was Chilly told me that I knew that it was wonky.
"Parvo will be more than will to attract their attention and draw them in for Seltyn's fireball. He's good at dodging and even if he takes the full brunt of it I can keep him healthy."

Mazrak the Forlorn |

Mazrak listens to Horek and Seltyn, "I am no great strategist, but thirty giants may be more than we can handle at one-time. Would it not make sense to retreat to the wilderness, rest, and then maybe draw them out and take them more piece-meal?" Mazrak shrugs.
"However, I will do what the party decides, as the worst case is to join my forefathers in glory. If we attack, just let me know when you are ready, and I will send in Mr. Stinky and attack." Mazrak shrugs again.

Seltyn Sevenleaf |

perc: 1d20 + 9 ⇒ (14) + 9 = 23
Seltyn notes the noise, and whispers through the still active Message spell, There are cooks in there. We have to kill them. We can't have any giants in our way if we need to retreat. I've got one wall active, keeping the dire wolves at bay. We have to keep our one route open.

Jeeves the Inimitable |

Jeeves steps forward to open the door into the kitchen, being happier when he takes up the second row of fighting.
Holding his guisarme in one hand he waits until everyone is ready to go.
"Here goes nothing," he murmurs under his breath.

Jeeves opens the door (it's unlocked) and This is a typical giant kitchen with counters along the walls, several tables, benches, a stool or two, and various items for cooking and baking (pots, kettles, bowls, knives, forks, spoons, ladles, spits, and so forth).
three giants are busy cooking, along with a few ogres and many orcs. The orcs are unarmed.

Elnaril Ilikas |

Parvo moves to the door Jeeves just opened and attempts to clear a space by brutalising the giant in the doorway.
Bite: 1d20 + 12 ⇒ (17) + 12 = 29
Bite damage: 1d6 + 12 ⇒ (3) + 12 = 15
Elnaril moves closer to the fight, hefting his crossbow but does nothing else.

Mazrak the Forlorn |

Mazrak will call out in giant to the Zombie, "Go. Guard behind us." He points toward the back of the party.
The Zombie Hill Giant lumbers toward the back of the party.
Mazrak takes a five foot step up to get a better view inside the door. Then he sends a pair of arrows through the door at one of the giants.
+2 Adaptive Longbow First Attack +5Base, +1Dex, +2Bow, +1PBS, +1Haste, -2DA: 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (14) + 8 = 22
If this hits:
Damage First Attack +3Str, +2Bow, +1PBS, +4DA: 1d8 + 10 ⇒ (1) + 10 = 11
+2 Adaptive Longbow Second Attack +5Base, +1Dex, +2Bow, +1PBS, +1Haste, -2DA: 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (19) + 8 = 27
Damage Second Attack +3Str, +2Bow, +1PBS, +4DA: 1d8 + 10 ⇒ (7) + 10 = 17
Both arrows may have hit something. That would be 28 points of damage. Of course, the Giants and Orcs actions could thwart this.

Seltyn Sevenleaf |

I'm starting to see the value in retreating after we wipe out these monsters. Let's empty this room, get out, then wait for them to come to us.
I think we casters can deal with them, if we prep new spells and put them on our turf. Let's kill these guys and run, Seltyn says through the Message spell.
Seltyn moves to the door, and gets ready to kill something.

Seltyn Sevenleaf |

Seltyn's idea is that we kill these guys, then retreat. We can kill the dire wolves before we go. We can leave with a sufficient lead to either draw them to us, or at least slow them down and scare them.
Kill the orcs. They have darkvision. Giants generally don't.

Jeeves the Inimitable |

What the Nine Hells am I doing in the front again?
Jeeves quickly stabs at the ogre (Ogre 1) before him then tumbles out of the way to let the others get a better shot at them.
Guisarmed + Haste - Cover: 1d20 + 10 - 4 ⇒ (15) + 10 - 4 = 21,Damage: 2d4 + 13 ⇒ (3, 3) + 13 = 19
Acrobatics to Tumble: 1d20 + 12 ⇒ (13) + 12 = 25

Horek Varshot |

Horek steps forward to do battle with the nearest giant, intending to hew a path into the room so that Whisper at least could follow.
Horek's Greataxe Attack (Favored Enemy/Power Attack): 1d20 + 13 + 4 ⇒ (5) + 13 + 4 = 22 vs FF AC (giant nearest entrance)
Greataxe Damage (Favored Enemy/Power Attack): 1d12 + 7 + 4 + 6 ⇒ (4) + 7 + 4 + 6 = 21
Just moved Horek into the front rank! Of course, with those 10x10 foot giants and ogres standing in the way of the entrance, it's gonna be tough to move in there. But at least they'll have the same problem getting at us! Also, is Haste still active? I'm thinking it'd have expired by now - unless somebody cast it again?
Horek - No Current Buffs
Whisper - Bull's Strength (+4 STR) - for 4 more minutes or so; Mage Armor (+4 AC) - for 7 more hours or so.

Mazrak the Forlorn |

The Haste spell ends, and Seltyn takes a moment to assess things.
I suggest we heal up where needed, and use whatever magic we have to give us every advantage. I will cast Haste one more time, but that's all I have. It'll last just over a minute, so we've got to move. I have one Fireball left, and a few other lesser attacks, then I'll be basically done for the day.
Haste is up again.

Horek Varshot |

Thanks Mazrak - I wasn't sure if that was just a suggested plan or if it actually happened. I usually look at the OOC to see what the player actually did as opposed to IC talk about ideas that may or may not be implemented. If Haste was indeed cast, then Horek will have a +1 to his attack roll noted above.

Seltyn Sevenleaf |

Not yet. I figured we could handle this room, and save the spell for when we go into the big room. Or, use it to escape if there are too many of them. I can have it up next round if you guys really need it.

Horek Varshot |

I think we'll be OK. I like your plan of using it either in the room with 30+ bad guys or to get the heck out of here.

Seltyn Sevenleaf |

All we know is that there are a lot of big monsters having a party. We're killing their servants.
I can cast Invisibility on someone, to sneak a peek, but getting close is risky. We might do well to kill these servants, then go back and kill the dire wolves Seltyn has at bay. Then, we get out, cast Extended Haste, and run to a place where we have the advantage. Rest, recharge, and kick ass. Consider this a psy-op.

Both the Ogre and giant stagger under the attack, but do not fall.
The Giant looks confused at the hits, one-moment cooking and the next fighting. Snarling he swings a cleaver at horek
cleaver: 1d20 + 12 ⇒ (12) + 12 = 24
damage: 1d8 + 14 ⇒ (2) + 14 = 16
cleaver: 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (8) + 7 = 15
damage: 1d8 + 14 ⇒ (4) + 14 = 18
The giant clips Horek for 16 points
The ogre strikes with a rolling pin
rolling pin: 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (15) + 7 = 22
damage: 1d8 + 5 ⇒ (3) + 5 = 8
The ogre misses Horek
the orcs bolt. The orges and giants grab weapons and move up.
The party can now act
Enaril can act before these actions
The party can act.

Eldric Lightbringer |

Hit: 1d20 + 11 ⇒ (3) + 11 = 14
Damage: 1d6 + 11 ⇒ (5) + 11 = 16
Fire Damage: 2d6 ⇒ (1, 2) = 3
Flurry: 1d20 + 11 ⇒ (3) + 11 = 14
Damage: 1d6 + 11 ⇒ (3) + 11 = 14
Fire Damage: 2d6 ⇒ (5, 3) = 8
Iterative: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (18) + 6 = 24
Damage: 1d6 + 11 ⇒ (6) + 11 = 17
Fire Damage: 2d6 ⇒ (5, 2) = 7
Eldric went in for an attack, and nearly tripped. He stumbled, and out of pure reflex managed to turn the fall into a roll which ended with him leaping up with an upper cut punch. It would had been impressive...if it had been planned.

Horek Varshot |

Horek grits his teeth as the cleaver carves a shallow wound into his bicep and lays into the giant in front of him with the enormous obsidian axe, trying to hack his way further into the kitchen to allow others to get in behind him.
Horek's Greataxe Attack (Favored Enemy/Power Attack): 1d20 + 13 + 4 ⇒ (12) + 13 + 4 = 29 vs Giant
Greataxe Damage (Favored Enemy/Power Attack)[/dice: 1d12 + 7 + 4 + 6 ⇒ (6) + 7 + 4 + 6 = 23
Horek's 2nd Greataxe Attack (Favored Enemy/Power Attack): 1d20 + 13 + 4 - 2 ⇒ (18) + 13 + 4 - 2 = 33 vs Giant
Greataxe Damage (Favored Enemy/Power Attack)[/dice: 1d12 + 7 + 4 + 6 ⇒ (3) + 7 + 4 + 6 = 20
Full round attack, and if the giant in front of him falls he will take a 5' step into the room to try and get a foothold in there so others can get inside as well. Since Eldric made an attack I'm guessing he's next to me at the door, correct? Looks like the room is 20' wide when we get through the doors, so hopefully Whisper can join him next round. GM, based on the 'size' you made Whisper (I presume you made him that size, as I can't adjust the token myself) in Roll 20, do you consider the wolf to take up a 5' space in width and 10' in length?
Horek - No Current Buffs
Whisper - Bull's Strength (+4 STR) - for 4 more minutes or so; Mage Armor (+4 AC) - for 7 more hours or so.

Horek Varshot |

Just noticed that the ogre probably did hit Horek with that rolling pin, as his AC is currently 20. Whisper has a better AC than the ranger thanks to that Mage Armor spell (by the way, though Mage Armor is an Armor bonus, it DOES grant bonus to 'touch' AC because it's force - right?) Maybe It was Whisper's AC that you were looking at on my 'signature' line? I've adjusted my HP accordingly (assuming that's correct that I got whopped by that ogre), though I didn't mention the hit in my earlier post since I didn't realize at the time it should have been a hit.
